I always see people castigating when others choose to do things differently. For me, I’ll hire dropouts too. I’m not saying that will be the only basis for employment but all I’m saying is, I’m gonna give them a chance too. I know how it feels like to not be able to complete your education for one reason or another. Btw, I think employment should be based on individual capabilities and not just something a piece of paper says. That means, I’ll conduct psychometric tests on every candidate to determine their unique traits and abilities instead of letting some piece of paper tell me who to hire and who to not. For the guy saying stuff about not understanding education, he clearly doesn’t understand human resource management or anything about running a successful company. A simple research or him becoming a CEO himself will enlighten him.

Many Nigerian culture don't even circumcise their baby.. SouthSouth and Core northerners don't, the ones whose culture practice it have reduced it due to modernization so where do you get the majority statistic you are yapping about.. with more and more people accessing anti natal and post natal through primary health care they don't even bother circumcising a lady as only village midwifery do that

Yeah,that’s where individuality and personality comes in. Some people are easily influenced for one. And two you have no idea how far or how close they are to each other. And of course,you can’t brainwash or manipulate just anybody. There has to be a certain degree of trust,loyalty and love present before you can do that. I’ve been a victim,took me a while to finally say,I’ve had enough. Everyone has their breaking point. He just realized his. Simple. You don’t have to relate to his circumstances. Period.

A lot of Nigerian girls want and dream of having a flawless skin,yet they keep on using cheap products. This would only harm your skin in the long run. Please if you don’t have money to spend on quality skincare products,at least save your skin the stress and don’t use cheap products at all.
