When you are working for them they are always online and available on WhatsApp 247, they pick your call before it even rings twice but as soon as you finish the job then suddenly you become a disturbance. 10am will become "early morning" and they will tell you they were far from their phone for 2days. That is when they will now require your BVN and international passport before they can pay you your hard earned money. FEGEITOK:sir, he is very satisfied with the job however I told him if there's anything to be modified or fine-tuned I am more than available here to complete the job. I have done series of jobs here and beyond I am not running away. I even went to his site to take measurements of the existing foundation before starting the job. he is only blatantly refusing to pay me my money and that's the issue here. |

I need my balance payment of 75k which was the agreement for your payment after the job. I am not looking for any trouble neither do I even want anything from you. I just want what I worked for. For over 3 weeks he has been decieving and dribbling me that he is busy but during the course of the design this same man was always online and was always on the phone with me commanding me on where to put staircase and windows. He even had me redesign over 3 times which I didn't complain or charge him for. I only want my payment for job done. Mr John Wale pay me my money. If I was the one who refused to deliver your job I would be blamed for it. So asking for my money is now putting pressure on you right? unzend:Mind you there was already a foundation on ground which I went to the site to inspect and the job I met on ground I wasn't impressed as it doesn't meet up to Standard but he said that his bricklayer who is his Engineer is very experienced so that is his problem. I am only concerned about the Architectural and Structural. I already sent him the job already in pdf via WhatsApp and it's been almost like 3weeks ago I completed the job and yet to receive my balance yet. He claimed to be busy which I understand but with the rise in inflation I want the job rounded up because every contract is valid for a window the value of money paid can execute it. He blocked me on Whatsapp already because I asked for my balance. So asking for my balance means I am not nice right? If I hadn't completed the job the narrative would be that I took money and didn't complete the job but now it is the client refusing to pay for a job I spent 3 day and nights on. Once a client start acting like WhatsApp chat is not trust worthy for him that he wants you present on site immediately that's a red flag bro, but I understand the rush I know that feeling when you think it's a project that will trabaye u will want to put in everything you can. Kidnappers are everywhere o don't even go somewhere with not less 2persons. They mostly use foreign numbers these days and claim to be based abroad. |
