If you have a lucrative business why not sponsor yourself or your wife to school in europe. Because goin through tourist visa is a very wrong move. If you go through school, your family can come as dependants with you and you will have enough years to work and get your papers.

I’ve been dating this girl since early last year when I was still serving and she’s really into me. She doesn’t bill me unless I purposely send her something. And we occasionally hangout a lot too.

By mid last year, I brought her home to meet my mum and some of my siblings. My mum likes her so much and she would spend time with me in our house.

Dear Igbo People,

I sincerely apologize for allowing a toxic political banner advert which said, "Lagos can never be run from Anambra; go and vote" to run on Nairaland for several hours on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

The mischievously worded banner advert appears to have been part of an ethnically divisive political campaign aimed at securing Lagos State for the ruling party by instilling fear in Yoruba people, making them believe that Igbo people intended to "take over" Lagos State.

Such ethnically divisive political campaigns have no place in a forward-thinking democracy, and for this reason, the ad should have been taken down instantly. No harm was intended, but my lack of forethought about the ethics of that type of advert led to a disappointing outcome.

We should have had a clear policy against accepting negative and ethnically divisive ads on Nairaland, we should have communicated it to all advertisers, and we should have taken down any advert that violated that policy instantly. This will all be in place before the next election.

We made almost N16,000 from the ad. We will double it and donate it to victims of political violence in Lagos.

Please, do NOT give up on Nigeria. The times are challenging, but TOGETHER, we will overcome.

This is really awkward to me. Personality differs though. I am even the one that is restricting my wife from changing her surnames to mine. What the heck is the importance? Does changing the name makes me more manly or what? Does it bring happiness or what? Listen! I am not a simp anything, my wife knows. She will even read my comments, if care is not taken.

To me, I take this changing of a name stuff as trivial in marriage. The most important thing is working out a synergy whereby, there's a happy home fill with happiness and understanding. It seems to me like this changing name of a thing is to show my purchase of the goods (wife).

He should learn from Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva.

I got an offer for MA tesol at hull University on the condition that I provide my WAEC scratch card. Do I get a new card or something.please advise.....and they said with the pin.do I have to scratch it and send?

My application to teesside was rejected because I was refused a Schengen visa before in 2019 and unable to provide the refusal letter which I no longer have;but university of hull doesn't ask whether you have had any refusal before.

Will my previous refusal affect the success of my visa application?I plan to declare it with the reasons,by the way. Do they request for refusal letters?

I'm confused.
I'm 23years of age, I have HND in statistics (Distinction), done with NYSC program, I want to further my studies but I'm really confused what to do,

1. I don't know whether to opt in for PGD or BSC(Through Direct Entry).

2. I don't know if I should switch course, from statistics to accounting via Direct Entry and I don't know if HND statistics will be accepted into accounting.
