Once upon a time, during holiday lessons (SS1 or so) I played monkey post with my friends. I was about to take a powerful shot on goal when one boy just came out of nowhere and blocked my shot with his sole. Instead of the ball, I unfortunately kicked the underside of his foot. Chai! I felt a sharp pain in my big toe and I just sat down on the field jejely. I tried not to cry in the presence of the girls watching us play. O boy, it wasn't easy.

I limped back home with my one and a half leg. Was limping on my swollen foot for days. Almost all my major injuries na football cause am.

Same thing bro.... I don even quit the sport sef.... Injuries too much

You know getting old is compulsory but being matured is optional......

I just took some time to make a little research on the university i graduated from, Possibly for something bad on the internet this holiday....It was just clean...No bad record....I am kind of happy... I guess the school Authority is doing something great....and most of the undergraduates are homely....

As at 1999-2005 the institution was known to be very dangerous....we were not popular in terms of Academics then...But the name was the most popular for the wrong reasons.... even as i checked on this thread, the name hasn't been mentioned for what it was known for before......
Anyone that was in Nigerian university from 1998-2006 will definitely know the institution.. I just hope no one will tell me it was still bad... That i was praising them for nothing

I still wonder why a guy will be polite to a lady only for her to return his politeness with rudeness. OK, so I visited my Alma Mater today on an assignment, after I've finished, I decided to see some old friends on campus before going home. On my way to hostel B, I saw this pretty lady, average height, light skin, nice shape just the way I like it, she wore sunglasses and was enroute to the back gate. You have to pass hostel B before getting to the back gate. Since we're heading to the same direction, I decided to approach her,so politely I said hello? Nice perfume! She turned, looked at me and SNUBBED ME! I was surprised cos any normal girl would have at least said thanks. I tried again, I said hi, I like your perfume. The girl just snubbed me again and continued her journey. I almost thought she was deaf and dumb so I let her be. I slowed down and put some distance between us while I continue watching her swing her little bottom. As we were approaching hostel B, some guys about 5 of them sat on the short fence chatting. As soon as she got closer, one of the guys said hello baby, excuse me. She turned looked at him and snubbed him. Lol. Fine girl I'm talking to you, she snubbed him again and continued. Just then two of the guys jumped down from the fence! I knew she was doomed. Adrenaline surged through my body, I became excited. One of them barked at her, PERSON DEY CALL YOU, YOU DEY FORM ABI? IF I MEET YOU FOR DIA EHN. She stopped dead in her tracks. COMON COME HIA! She walked timidly to them, already some passers-by have also stopped, watching the scenario. I just smiled......

I have always wondered why too. When I see boys doing yahoo yahoo, betting, I can still understand that there is a 'benefit' to it.
