Secondly, if indeed it was tax, then pray tell why everyone is saying that it is drug money and Tinubu hasn't at least sued one person for defamation?

Bivas worked. The issue is that the results weren't transmitted to the IREV in real-time. Collation of results is still manual, results will not be collated using the IREV, it will be collated manually. That's simply what Inec is saying.

The only problem from LP and Pdp is that the results were not being uploaded directly from the polling units to the IREV and that allegedly gave room for the results to be manipulated during manual collation.
