I strongly doubt that cos I remember an interview I read way back where she said she had PCOS syndrome and it's almost impossible to loose the weight. I know you're advised to keep up a healthy lifestyle with lots of exercise after the surgery hence the updates on instagram I think

She obviously had a gastric bypass or a lap band surgery. And it's obvious she's yet to do a liposuction that's why she's got loose visible fat hanging around.
My point is that you shouldn't go and start killing yourself trying to shed excess fat. She just had the easiest and laziest way to weight loss

I wasn't sure in what section to post this, the car talk section seems the most appropriate.
SAFETY AT THE FUEL STATION
Over the past 5 years there has been a steady report of fire accidents and incidents happening in fuel station across the country. Of noticeable mentions are the Ascon fuel station, NNPC mega station in Kubwa and the most recent, organiser and red fuel station in Nnewi.
I therefore find it necessary to relate some important fire safety tips to be maintained in the fuel station by both the customers and attendants. Haven done some research and compiled in the most comprehensible form i hope these tips would be of importance some day to someone and might help in saving a life.
SAFETY GUIDELINES WHEN REFUELING
1) Always turn of your vehicle engine when refueling.
2) Stay near the vehicle fueling point during refueling.
3) Do not smoke, use lighters or light a match while refueling.
4) Cell phones and electronic device may have the potential to emit electrical charges, it is advisable they are left in the car when refueling (there have been no report of fires due to cell phone use yet)
5) Leave the nozzle in the tank a few seconds to avoid drops when removing.
6) Do not overfill your tank
7) Do not re-enter your vehicle when refueling .Existing and entering a vehicle may cause static electricity. Static electricity is an electric charge caused by an imbalance of electrons on the surface of a material. The sparks ignite gasoline vapors causing a brief flash. ( discharge of static electricity by touching a metal surface away from the nozzle)


SAFETY GUIDELINES WHEN DISPENSING INTO A PORTABLE CONTAINER
1. Always place the container on the ground and keep the nozzle in contact with the container to avoid static electricity
2. Do not fill containers inside the trunk of a vehicle, on the bed of a pickup. (The bed and the carpet in the trunk act as insulators which may allow static energy to build up)
3. Fill it only about 95% and leave room for expansion.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURE IN CASE OF A FIRE
1. If a flash fire occurs during refueling, leave the nozzle in the vehicle and move away from the vehicle.
2. Assist persons in immediate danger only if safe to do so.
3. Restrict the danger area if safe to do so.
4. Attack the fire and with the appropriate tools if safe to do so.
5. Phone the fire service.
6. Attend to emergency by trained persons only and if safe to do so.
7. Evacuate and remain in assembly area and ensure everyone is accounted for.
The poster is a fire prevention enthusiastic and also a potential Risk manager. She has a B.Sc. from the department of insurance of the university of Lagos, Nigeria. Yes, there's a very good gym opposite the igando general hospital. IBF it's very very good and standard.. Plus their instructors are good..just go to them and tell them one of their members who went to camp recently recommended the place to you ( I wouldn't want to mention my name)

I am very lazy when it comes to typing, especially on my phone. But when I consider the stress I went through looking for who to help me get a ppa around ibadan with nobody, no info, I then deemed it necessary to share this.

Don't be quick to assume I wana tell u how u can serve in Nigerian Brewery oo, or IITA, but rather a strategy u can employ if u want to be posted to the capital which is ibadan. I know many people wants ibadan and can in fact pay any amount to get this done because ibadan is actually the main deal for real.

What you should simply do is to come around ibadan b4 u enter camp and look for a school especially who can afford to give you a letter of request. Once you are able to get this, make sure u integrate it into your files before submitting it in camp. You are 70% certain of getting posted there. Because it is a school, u have a very good chance of being posted there. But if it's a private coy, u will need extra follow-up to get that.

There are advantages to serving in a school especially if u need time to do business or for professional courses during your service year....don't follow band wagons, believing that serving in a school is the greatest evil that can befall a corper. That is far from the truth.

On a final note, if u are interested in serving in a public school at Iwo road ibadan, I can help you do this. Though I passed out of service last week as batch C, but can still help u being the former CLO of the skul....

I don't know if I would consider this as my worst punishment but back in jss3 during those crazy Saturday morning manual labor, one female none perfect called myself and a group of junior girls to go sweep a class where they would hold their adventist fellowship, na so I jejely dey go till the headboy asked us why we weren't heading towards the assembly ground for the manual labour.
We were like senior so so so sent us. Thinking that as per they were mates and it's religious inclined he would let us be, but no he ordered us straight to the Labour ground, by myself I ran back to the hostel to tell the senior what happened and that she should accompany us, but she was like I would tell her when the headboy became her senior, I so much hated getting into this seniority stuff, but who born me not to obey the headboy, so I went for manual labor.
On getting back later in the evening, I heard jane doe move to the quadrangle. Na so this senior being insult my generation come begin flog me upon frog jumping.
I got to my boiling point, stood up (I was quite bigger than her) took the cane from get broke it in front of her and said " senior so so so, you're feeling like someone that has authority abi? Why didn't you have the liver to challenge the headboy? If you ever repeat this rubbish with me again, you won't like what would happen "
By that time senior girls done full the quad, everyone was just watching amazed, I dusted my knee, went straight to my bunk and dozed off, then the rumor went around school that I was possessed with the evil spirit and I was their queen, but who cares I got immunity till I went home for my junior waec holiday.
