Yes Clinton is leading in Florida, but right now it's razor-thin lead. The email scandal is biting hard. Funny enough many candidates are contesting this election. You can check them out.

You are right....though the recent confirmation by the FFBI that they wont press any criminal charges against her..has swayed some voters over there...

Absolutely. The POLITICO Battleground States are in 11 swing states right now, a drop from 13 to 12 now 11 as poll draws close: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin. The sweet bride there is Florida
Among the early voters in Florida as at Now, is 51% to 38%, in favour of Clinton in a Four Horse Race...

I dont expect things to change significantly as we enter the V Day..

Premium Reporters Is Wrong here: Court Cannot Reserve or Suspend Judgement in a Case That Has Not Been Heard!

The Judge Simply Washed His Hands Off The Case, Thereby Returning The Case File To Appeal Court President For Reassignment...

And The Cycle Will Continue, Just Like Nnamdi Kanu's Case Vs The "Zoo"....and At The End Of The Day, The Election Would Come And Go....

Death To PDP!

Politics › Re: 9 Major Adjustments Senate Made To CCT Act Today by Clerverly:
The National Assembly are not only made up of crooks, misfits, and scallywags, they are incurably ignorant of the provisions of the law vis a vis the constitution..

Okay lets even look at some of the amendments:

2. Relocating the power to exercise authority over the CCB from President to the National Assembly.
In one breath, they will cry of Separation of powers, in another, they wants retake the duties of another arm of government(Judiciary). Why not allow the Judiciary handle the supervision of the CCT?

3. Extending powers of AGF to prosecute to private legal practitioners to enable CCB to prosecute it's cases.
This is in direct conflict with the powers of the Attorney General, as spelt out bu the consitution:

211. (1) The attorney general of a state shall have power

(a) to institute and undertake criminal proceedings against any person before any court of law in Nigeria other than a court-martial in respect of any offence created by or under any law of the House of Assembly;

(b) to take over and continue any such criminal proceedings that may have been instituted by any other authority or person; and

7.To enable cases of exception under the CCB Act to be handled by the National Assembly nstead of the President.
This is an affront on section 211 (b) of the Nigerian Constitution :
THE AG shall take over and continue any such criminal proceedings that may have been instituted by any other authority or person;

9. Accused persons concerned in a case before CCB shall be given opportunity to make a written admission of any breach or non-compliance and where such written admission is made, there shall be no reference to the CCT.
Clowns! This is like.rendering the CCT redudant and a mere sitting dock...

In short the whole exercise by the ever Useless and corrupt National Assembly has been rendered useless by the provison of the constitution as enunciated below;

) Save as otherwise provided by this Constitution, the exercise of legislative powers by the National Assembly or by a House of Assembly shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of law and of judicial tribunals established by law, and accordingly, the National Assembly or a House of Assembly shall not enact any law, that ousts or purports to oust the jurisdiction of a court of law or of a judicial tribunal established by law.

I expect President Buhari the useless amendment into the trash bin..

Politics › Re: National Assembly Takes Over Power To Control CCT From Presidency by Clerverly:
Section 4 (2) was also amended to substitute the word “President” with “the National Assembly” as the one to appoint members of staff of the Bureau and exercise disciplinary control over them.
This is like re allocating the duties of Executive to legislature.

Only a foolish President would assent to that rubbish !

Besides, I expect one charge and bail lawyer to take this Useless trash, passed as bill to the court.
