Honestly, Dr. Tonye001, you have said it all. My pastor always says "When a man is holding what is holding him, what is holding him will keep holding him." We really need to start the change we desire by ourselves. |

Ruggedfighter: Oga, calm down here. Almost all(If not all) schools in Nigeria are corrupt including your school when it comes to anything admission. The school you're calling "rubbish" still admit people on merit. You could have easily told him they're not too transparent instead of labeling it "rubbish". There's no school in this Nigeria that doesn't collect money for admission or admit based on "man know man". Your advice should be, let him study hard to make it on merit so he'll not be denied admission. If you drew your conclusion from the fact that admission isn't transparent, then your own school is rubbish too. Let's be guided Thank you for this. People should really mind the way they talk sometimes |

Rursh: . Na "Rubbish" school especially in regards to giving admission either via UTME, DE or Inter-university transfer It is inappropriate and rather uncalled for to tag a school "Rubbish", let's try to watch our choice of words sometimes. |

Rursh: . Hello Gold, I've just read your post now. But schools you romanticize with are good for Medicine if not for the issues of ASUU strike which has unfortunately become a reoccurring decimal in recent times, I would say UNIPORT is better than RSU considering about 10 factors which I may not like to enumerate here for private reasons. With your JAMB score, you can get Medicine in UNIPORT more easily than RSU if you do the "urgent" needful. #Rursh, Medicine, UNIPORT Sorry to disagree with you, but all accredited medical schools are the same. |

MelaninGold: Hi Clinton. I'm an aspirant of uniport and interested in the post UTME questions. Although this days I've been flirting with the temptation to do a change of institution to RSU due to ongoing strike by ASUU. But my love for uniport keeps holding me back. What do you think? Do you share the same sentiments? I did'nt want to make it known but I changed my school to RSU 2 days ago. Due to many factors that I may not be able to enumerate here. As for you, I 100% think you should change(especially considering your score). Forget about love of school. Medicine is the SAME everywhere as long as it has been accredited by MDCN and NUC. No one will ask you where you graduated from. Finally, May God guide and direct your choice. God bless you. |

If you or anyone you know is writing UNIPORT POST UTME, I have something that might help you. I have the QUESTION BANK.(that is the pool of questions from which UNIPORT will set her questions). I got it for #2500 from the ICTC but I am willing to give it to anyone for FREE. Just mention me if you are interested PS: I only have the section for sciences especially medical aspirants like me. |

SF123: Brother i knew my self that i must get mbbs but the issue is that school is not a university; it runs like that of college of health sciences obosi in Anambra state. *the only cons attached to it is that i don`t want to start feeling inferior if my fellow man is called a doctor in the hospital and i fit quit the job if the guy start to embarrase me bc he`s a doctor. To me, this is why you should not accept the offer, it is dangerous doing what you have no passion for. And also inferiority complex will do you no good. May God guide and direct your choice and ambitions. |

SF123: Hello @Clinton39, how many times did u wrote jamb before banging 302 this year and how were you able to achieve that? Did you finish the jamb past questions and answers? Also itemize the textbooks you used in your preparation. Hello bro, I had only written once before(scored 228 last year). Yeah, I used the syllabus(not sure I finished it though). As for texts, I used the LAMLAD series, and also new school physics and chemistry. And also modern biology.(Note I did'nt buy any of these books, strictly soft copies, so you don't need to break the bank). As for past questions, yea I finished from 2000-date.(really helped). God bless you |

Miracood2: What is the probability of a school getting accreditation? During it's first 5 years?
Does Radiography and MLS need MDCN full accreditation before they can graduate and go for internship? Hello bro. A new medical school first gets partial accreditation once MDCN and NUC have done their inspection and certify them worthy of training doctors. Then they get full accreditation when they graduate the first set of medics. As for MLS, it has its own council MLSCN(Medical laboratory scientists council of Nigeria). MDCN only regulate medicine and dentistry. |
