I am sure i am not the only one that have suffered from their shams, where one will order for data, and money deducted without crediting the data.
They don't even have a good customer service, if you call their line to lay a complain, you will end up wasting your airtime without anyone attending to you.
The worst part was when i visited their Instagram handle and l laid my complain on one of their post, there were other people with such negative experience on the same post. Instead of the to address the aggrieved, the deleted the post.
Thats when i concluded this people are up to something.
Just take caution to avoid story that touch, i have lost some good money there.

This post is about the shady deal I experienced on Clubkonnect, a data reselling website owned by Nellobyte Systems Ltd.

I funded my wallet with 5,000 naira and bought MTN SME of 5gb which is 1250. I logged in the day after to buy airtime but met my wallet balance at -111.

I went through my transaction history but saw my last transaction was the same 5gb data I purchased. So where could my money have gone to?

All effort to reach them on mail and the number on their website has yielded no response. I am writing this here because they run sponsored ads on Nairaland.

Do not transact with them because they are a bunch of scammers.

If you are still dealing with this clubkonnect , you are on a long thing.
They delay data for up or more than 5hrs and sometimes it may not even be sent. I have had series of payment not credited to my account and the worst is their poor customer service.
How do you want to retain your customers when their data are not sent.
I have decided to part ways with you guys before you ruin my reputation from my customers

Hmmmm so far so good I have been dealing with clubkonnect for two years now and to be candid their Network maybe frustrating at times yes very wired embarassed that you will even need to get an airtime to get through their customer service and sometimes they might no pick up after wasting my airtime. But recently I grab the scope of settling pending issues myself without even call the customer care when you encounter such pending transaction like that and it taking forever u can go to your dash board and make a refund, if the requested value is not credited then definitely your wallet would be credited back with the amount/money then by that we should understand that clubkonnect server for this particular network (maybe mtn or the likes) is down so u exercises patience and retry. Moreover, when you make a deposit I advise you using card payment (reliable and trustworthy) and if not refresh your wallet for about 15minutes your wallet would be credited. But for the bank transfer I never make attempt of it cause it's takes longer time that usual.
So dear clubkonnect we are urging to to please improve your network versatility so that customer especially new customer won't fell cheated when they fall victim please we are demanding for a swift and reliable network this time around so everyone would be in good terms.
And we also appreciate the fact of the reduction in price of data bundle especially Mtn please keep it up.
Lastly I also noticed an improvement in there network lately I don't know if am the only one seeing this cus the clubkonnect of before.......... Pls keep do not relentle and work harder on this network issues and your customer relationship.
