Messi1: I broke up with this lady two years ago and forgot about her.. Since then she has never crossed my mind as anything important.
Last two weeks i saw a message popped up my WhatsApp from a new number, i replied and we started chatting. She has sent me "I miss you" and "I still love you" several times.
This girl said she wants us to get back together and her pushing me to get back to her is frustrating me.
imadiyi: See, my point is, so long the CBN is making dollar available to commercial banks, every prospective and current student studying in oversea should be provided with dollars to fund their fees.
CBN made their stand clear on forex. They stopped commercial banks from giving out forex to BDCs, but to rather give out on certain customers after due KYC is done. The conditions were for oversea school fees, BTA and PTA.
For business persons who needs it foreign purchase, it must be goods and products not locally produced in Nigeria.
All banks should follow the rules I don't support the bribe and all that. Anyone guilty should be prosecuted.
But for 'rich' parents to allow these to affect their children's education is not a strong excuse when there are other alternatives. Yes, banks are cheaper, but no be common mandey send his children to study in UK
imadiyi: Honestly, I tire for this country called Nigeria. Is it government that's responsible for this, now?
It's unfortunate. But in this situation, it is their parents/sponsors that failed them. They would have used other means to pay the fees or send the money across. There are individuals abroad that also do that as business.
Calling our the banks is not that fair, when they have benefited from it in the past. Imagine getting dollar at 400+, when it's sold at 700+ in the parallel market. It's now, they remember to report them There are other means to send foreign currencies.
okoroemeka: lmagine how 86 yrs BAT and atiku will be feeling the stress, seriously I hope BAT does not collapse,he is too old for things like these
They don't move about like Obi... And they don't talk too much when addressing the crowd. I think they may be aware of the impact the stress will have on them
To run for Nigerian presidency no be small thing o. Its not like governorship or Senatorial seat. See as Obi just dey old very fast. The stress is much!
Glink2018: I belong to the category of this.MC....whoever presidential candidate that sign a contract deal with me for market him...he agree with my payment term...then, I will re-brand and sell him Nigerians.....if Festus keyamo, Fani kayide, Dino Melaye can be marketing political candidate and be making money from it...I also can do likewise...
Nothing free for free town
I get you... But there are statements that may even look like mockery to the candidate. You get?
This MC is a youth and he's not ashamed to say Aso Rock belongs to Atiku. He is free to support him, but Aso Rock velongs to no man. It belongs to all Nigerians
Each time I call my brother to please send me money for upkeep in school, he won't give me. I asked him why but he will tell me he doesn't have it.
But whenever they tell him I'm sick in school by the sick bay head, he will rush and send money into the account for drugs.
During the long strike, I worked at a bread factory to raise money for my upkeep in school in school.
Now, my department has a compulsory excursion and it way expensive. I called him and told him and he said, "He doesn't have the money."
I used the money I saved to pay for the compulsory excursion. I will be down with nothing for upkeep.
I don't want to lie or keep lying about my health to get money from him.
Please senior and mature sirs/ma in the house what should I do? I have run out of options.
What do you offer him?
How about your parents?
Your brother has his own responsibilities, so whatever he gives you, you should be VERY grateful.
If education is expensive for you, you can learn handwork or continue in the bakery line of business to raise more money to further your education in future.
It's okay, I'm a man, but some men out there are just there to destroy the lives of some ladies. Firstly, you prevented her from working so that she can be fully dependent on you there by rendering her financially incapacitated to cater for her kids since you chose to be irresponsible. Ladies please and please, run away from any man, be it your husband, partner or boyfriend, that prevents you from working to make your own savings, in order to be financially independent, that's not love. There was a time I wanted to try that rubbish ( yeah, it's rubbish) with my wife, until I received a brain-resetting backlash from family and friends, but later on, I began to enjoy my wife's financial independence. There would be a time she'd take care of utility bills and other payments without my notice.
So lastly, you paid her back by breaking her heart thereby rendering her more wretched after a whole 16 solid years, and to think you went against your parents' wish makes it worse. Some men have bones in their liver.
