GLeesMODEL: It was a colourful day of gifts, dances and lavish entertainment as famous Nollywood Actress ,Mrs Regina Daniels Nwoko hosted thousands of youngsters to a grand party in commemoration of this year”s Children’s day.
Mount Ned ,palatial residence of Billionaire Prince and husband of Regina,Hon. Ned Nwoko at Idumuje-Ugboko was the setting for the children’s day celebration, which was a carnival of fun.
The multitudes of kids some accompanied by their parents and other family members swarmed Regina Nwoko like a bee hive in joyous appreciation as they receive school bags, note books, pencils and other educational items.
They were also entertained with food and drinks but the high point was when prince Ned Nwoko took to the dance floor, inspiring spontaneous cheers from the children.
Dancing with his son,Regina’s child Munir junior, fondly called MOON and other kids it was an emotional spectacle of a dotting father in love with children.
For delectable Actress Regina ,she proved a prefect host and affectionate mother sharing sundry gifts to the excited children.
The best dancers in series of competition were rewarded with various cash prizes even as every kid went home with gifts .
The Regina Children’s day Party has been an annual event,a tribute by darling of Nollywood to children of Nigeria.
I think moderators are making this man relevant by pushing to fp any sh*t he says. Mind you, I got to know about this man here on Nairaland because his posts are making front-page. This could be same with other NLders
Seun lalasticlala Mynd44 etc please note this Let destroyers of Nigeria not be promoted
That's how it's suppose to be. If I'm a vice chancellor, I'll have meeting with parents and guardians on other measures to increase universoty revenues. Some of them have creative ideas that can be adopted. Then session will resume even if it means quitting ASUU.
Penguin2: Having seen the resignation letter of Peter Obi from PDP which confirmed his exit from the party and withdrawal from the party’s presidential race, I’m tempted to question the rationale behind that decision.
I’m an ardent supporter of Peter Obi but I think that if he has truly resigned from the PDP, then he has goofed; it’s a complete faux pax for him.
Because I do not see any other platform that can possibly grant him victory in the general election.
Remaining in PDP would have guaranteed either the presidential ticket or vice presidential ticket which would have brought him closer to the presidency.
As we wait to confirm if this is fake or true, and to know Obi’s next move, I make bold to say that this decision, if confirmed, was a miscalculation.
He was in London few days ago, what if he has been promised an international post, e.g. UN, Commonwealth etc.? Do you think Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala will leave her current position to become Nigeria's president?
princeemmma: Firstly why borrow loan when you feel you don't have source of income to return back? Before you could borrow any loan, you need think properly and plan of a way in which you would return the loan.
Secondly, how could you borrow so huge amount of money with huge that huge interest, what are you thinking? okay maybe to solve your problems then, now you are putting yourself in a bigger problem
The only you have to do currently now is that you get in contact with the loan company and explain things to them, tell them to give you more time, and that you will payback with time
But if they are insisting they can't give you time, then you will have to go rogue by erasing everything of your data with them and tell them if they can't give you time, they should do as they wish..........
Nigeria too dey owe money, nobody they threaten Buhari now, [s]why small company go dey threaten because of 30,000[/s]
Reason you should pay them... they are small company
Only criminals will take a loan, even if it is 1000, and not pay back, be it from a company or from a friend
Danonym: Hi everybody, I collected Loan from addmoney.
A loan of N31,000...I made a transaction and it went horribly wrong, so I had to borrow from another app and pay them their 37k, they said they did not receive it...I contacted my bank and nothing yet..
Now my loan has been 4 days overdue and I am to pay N40,000, I've been hustling and trying to pay back but to no avail
Just yesterday they called my family and insulted them, the thing just weaken me, they promised I will go viral....I am just currently lying down, weak..nothing to do.. Also this is my first post
Whats the reason for taking the loan? What did you do with the loan- investment, payback debt, gambling, drinks, etc.?
Can you say what the 'hustling' is? Moreover, why take loan you can't pay back?
Excelboi: This is embarrassing for a former Governor and also a former senator. If he believes is was an illegal entry, let him sue them before a court of law.
I think he's still a serving Senator
Sue for this in Nigeria? That building might even be confiscated as part of the loots and corruption they are accusing him of.
But why wait for things to reach this stage? Honor invitation. Orji Kalu did it, was imprisoned, later released. I read he's most likely APC Senatorial candidate for his zone.
Is Rochas also running for a Senatorial reelection (apart from Presidency)?
Ok All these changes... 'if you don't deliver me, I'll mess your Senatorial ambition up'. This will be the world's of those sitting governors going for reelection
StrongandMighty: Since when did Osibanjo became the president?
Why will some people exonerate Osibanjo, saying he's not the president? Osibanjo should take as much blame as Buhari for the poor state of the nation, otherwise he should step down and criticise the government boldly. Ministers of Finance, Labour, Education, Power and Defence should also take same blame for the economic and security state of Nigeria. When you hold such offices, you have to deliver. If there are stumbling blocks, you voice out and inform taxpayers. Worst case is you lose your position but gain respect from well-meaning Nigerians
