Career › Re: 8 Solid Advantages Of Marrying An Accountant by Cmanforall: 8:55pm On Jul 05, 2015 |
maureensylvia: Marrying an accountant is great because …
1. They are detail oriented Now this may not be on the top of your list of must-have qualities for your ideal partner, but you will soon start to see it pay off. Whether it’s remembering your birthday or when to test the smoke detectors, dating a detail-oriented person definitely has its advantages.
2. They clean up well Maybe it’s not all that important, but you have to admit it’s nice being seen in public with a snazzy dresser. They have very good taste in clothing.
3. They’re reliable There’s nothing worse than marrying someone who is constantly letting you down. You won’t have that problem when you marry an accountant, being reliable is in more than just their job description; it’s in their DNA.
4. They’re wise investors Remember, it’s an accountant’s job to detect liabilities and calculate risk, so they know a wise investment when they see one. You should feel valuable knowing that an accountant chose you as a partner because they’ve likely weighed the risk and still found you well worth it.
5. They’ll help you become more financially responsible Having a money-conscious mind always around you suddenly makes it harder to spend frivolously or make rash financial decisions. You’ll probably discover that it’s not just guilt holding you back from splurging. There’s a good chance that some smart spending habits that have rubbed off on you.
6. They’re in it for the long-haul
Accountants are no strangers to working long hours. They’re used to putting in extra time and forgoing sleep when a deadline must be met, most accountants refuse to throw in the towel; when they make a decision, they’re committed to it. She attributes her long, healthy marriage partially to the dedication she’s acquired from being an accountant.
7. They’re overly organized Accountants work with many moving pieces to ensure financially flawless documents. They never let things fall through the cracks, especially those things that others may put off or even forget. “There is no doubt you can count on us to be organized,” whether it’s paying bills, meeting deadlines or searching to find the best price available before a purchase, accountants are organized individuals.
8. They come in handy during tax season Most people would rather pull their own teeth out than attempt to do their own taxes. Only slightly less agonizing is footing the bill for someone else to do them for you. those who marry an accountant can bypass both of these situations because their significant other can take care of the dirty work.
AM PROUD TO BE AN ACCOUNTANT...
cc: crazyman, 1forall, lalasticlala If they lack that ingredient that spices up marriage(you can call it great s*x), then the above solid reasons may not stand. Thank you. |

But at end, he advised that i upload some doc on my e-service account cos they were not there yet and this include the waec cert. am i in any mess yet? IMHO, I think you shd hv asked. olabode89: Time has not changed.....
Lemme give u a brief on cost
You need to be able to raise 1.5M or get a sponsor to deposit 1.5M in ur account.
Test of english will cost btw 35K - 40K
You can write one out of TOEFL, IELTS and PTE Academic
Notarization of certificates will cost between 50 naira to 200 naira per page.
transcript cost varies per school
You also need to get an international passport if you don't have one already.
You need to send ur transcript and application package to the school..... i used DHL and it costs 13,400. So multiply that by the number of application you will like to send.
...So u need around 65K for pre admission cost for one program.
....After admission you will need the following 32K for insurance 67K to 72K for residence permit fees 9K to send ur docs to the finish embassy... i used DHL other expenses....5K ( bank statement, scanning n printing cost)
....So u should b looking at around 110k for post admission cost.
In total budget around 170K for one program excluding cost of obtaining transcripts from ur University and sending to d school of ur choice.
Please ensure u have a way of getting 1.5M in your account with d required support documentation. Like play like play, peson don spend much money for this o... Anyway, Thank God its yielding... |

germainediva: A friend of mine is worried because her hubby told her he's going out there to get a Mouth Action if she won't give it to him......
According to her, hubby has never demanded it even while they were dating and he knew she hates it, though she likes cunilingus but hubby declined.
Now after 10yrs of marriage hubby keeps asking her to give him a Mouth Action even when he refused to also do it to her. My friend insists she hates Mouth Action but will only give it a trial if hubby is willing to do same to her....
But hubby has refused and threatened to go out and get it if she keeps proving stubborn (hubby have not been talking to her for about a week now).........
Please your candid advice is needed. Don't knw Why I think you're the lady. Anyway, satisfy your husband as you wish. Good luck. |
