*All of a sudden, the Federal Government must allow the NJC decide "Petitions Against Judges"*

Did anybody in this country remember how Goodluck Ebele Jonathan refused to reinstate Justice Ayo Salami as the President of the Court of Appeal despite the recommendations of the NJC??


He suspended the man based on the recommendations of the NJC, but when the same NJC finished its investigations and realized that the man was innocent, they recommended his reinstatement, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan refused to reinstate the man until he retired..


PDP backed Jonathan, NBA almost kept mute, offering just feeble and inadequate defense of the man, all these "bribe and get judgement lawyers" kept mute. They acted like the decision of the NJC was not needed in the appointment and dismissal of Justice Ayo Salami..

The man was left to the dogs. They nearly tarnished his image. They accused him of making phone calls to APC lawyers. He told them he had friends even among the PDP lawyers whom he converse with regularly.

When the call logs were examined, the content was purely friendship and nothing incriminating. The case was discontinued and the NJC recommended his reinstatement. But Jonathan refused to reinstate him.

Most of the people who are shouting today, kept mute. Ozekhome supported what Jonathan did to the innocent man despite knowing the position of the NJC.

Today, the same Ozekhome is insisting the Presidency must act only based on the recommendations of the NJC..

I think it's time Nigerians face the reality especially the Nigerian youths, recession is not a new things we had such during precolonial and colonial era even Greece today still in recession. Nigeria also manage to get out of it through diversify of the economy look into agriculture for sustainable development today we are the largest producer of rice in africa unlike 16 years back I never see home grown rice in the market, we now increase our GDP by stopping importations and increase productivity sooner or later we get to next level . I think the honest and upright Nigerians not the yahoo boys and corrupt individual will support integrity , honesty for sustainable development.

i for one care less about vp slot or yoruba presidency, all i want is someone credible and commited to restructuring and economic growth. How did obj presidency benefit us or the north that has being ruling since 1960 benefited them. Buhari has tried, let some else take over.
