Pardon Me for quoting you. Not answering to you, as I'm no HR Personnel.

Despite some views/sources against the immediate release of notifications, I can attest that @Jarus has clearly outlined the actual stand of things.

Just adding that final presentation and adoption of GTs is set for today (if not ongoing). Once it's a green, the 'impact' follows (almost) immediately!

Goodluck to all (GTs), little more patience to EH.
All will be well in the end!

For those that are source specialist.
1. Are you aware that there was a meeting in Lagos yesterday in respect to releasing of APL
2. Are you aware that nothing is delaying the release of the APL except the GMD himself.
APL would drop this December as another meeting is expecting this coming week to finalize the process.
The group GMD is not happy that some people were able to manipulate some names in the list to be release, but there is nothing he can do about it. i have read from page 1 till this very last page and refused to comment because some won't appreciate it.
Mind you, i am not an applicant but my spouse is, for the EH.
Expect APL in December

This silence from NNPC is deafening. At this rate, it'll take over two years for the list to be released.

Believe me, we should all for now take our minds off this recruitment except if and I mean 'if' NNPC decides to disobey (ignore) court orders. In the absence of that, I don't see APL coming out soon. Reason been that legal technicalities will still delay the hearing of the matter on the next adjourned date.
The matter will witness an avalanche of P.Os, with counter affidavits and replies on point of law. Parties may likely still ask for an extension of time to file one thing or to reply one thing.

Even when the matter is finally heard, the court will still adjourn for ruling.

Even when Judgment is delivered in favour of NNPC, the applicant may immediately and on the same day file his notice of appeal with an application for stay pending appeal which I belief is prepared already waiting filing. That will thereafter take us back to[i] Status quo ante[/i].

Lemme not talk about what usually happens on appeals.

In all I pray APL meets us in good standing.
