Off topic, I have taken note off your superior intellect and exceptionally high IQ in your postings in this thread. Also off topic, your handle reminds me of a couple of chapters in my life. In school I was deeply in love with this girl name Candy but the friendship didn't gel as I wanted it to, and the daughter of a former girlfriend nicknamed Coco once called me and snitched on her mom telling me she was cheating on me. The Truth.😁 I really didn't care because I had grown tired of her and was focused on securing my bag and other goals.
Anyway, keep it classy C.C. 😉
Thanks 👌🏾👌🏾

Sorry your romance didn’t work out with Candy.

That's what happens whenever a president gets in bed with the highest bidder and then they have a breakup.

Trump and his supporters made this bed now we all will need to sleep in it 😳

I was even planning on going to turkey for spring. Now I have to wait because I don’t know what his man’s plans are. It affects us all whether we like it or not.

Meanwhile turkey is an ally. So he’s planning to alienate all of USA from the rest of the world just to satisfy his bloodlust!

Not necessarily, you can't say every of the people in the riot were criminals or perverts. This one person among them is just the exception and he can't be used to describe everyone of them.
The simple act of storming the capitol was a criminal offense (insurrection). If they weren’t criminals before, that day they became criminals.

They have. They don’t care. Child abuse is rampant in many churches. All those their projection about protecting the kids from rainbow people is just that. Projection. Because they know they’re the ones who actually harm kids. They truly don’t care!

How convenient… an attack on American soil during the midterms…. Sounds like a setup to declare an emergency situation to try and halt or sieze the midterms. Time to watch for a false flag operation.

Tariff refunds on top of the thousands of dollars we were promised in DOGE checks?

Phew I’m about to rich, you hear me? How much is third mainland bridge sef. Let me use my expected checks and refunds to buy it.

Everyone with two brain cells to rub together instantly knew DOGE was a scam.

Except MAGA of course. They’re the 21st century MUGUs
bayelsaowei:
DOGE is now ineffective and silent, with billions being spent Per day to fight unavoidable wars and regime take overs.

Just imagine.. cuts were made to welfare programs all to spend more on wars.

Talk about madness.

All that wasteful spending DOGE supposedly helped us get rid off.

Now team “who will pay for it?” are all suddenly mute!
Kalen Dion-
I was thinking about the reckless spending America did under Biden and Obama. 💵 The student loan forgiveness programs. 😠 The social safety nets. 😤Healthcare and insurance subsidies for millions of Americans. 😖 Food stamps for the poor!😡 Tax credits for single parents and struggling mothers!! 😡 USAID!!! 🤬All of these terrible, irresponsible programs that destroyed our vibrant economy!!!! 🤯

And who the Bleep pays for it all?

Us… right?!?!?!

When you run the numbers, a lot of these programs together cost us… the US taxpayer… hundreds of millions of dollars per day. Fucking crazy right?!?!?!

Coming directly out of your paycheck!!! The audacity!!!

SNAP alone costs roughly $100 billion a year… which comes out to around $275 million a day. To feed a bunch of deadbeats. Student loan forgiveness proposals ranged from roughly $300 billion to over $900 billion… spread across ten years… depending on the plan… which works out to tens of millions per day. Wild!

All of it… Absolutely unconscionable and reckless spending.

On our tab nonetheless!

And I started thinking about how much better we’re doing now. Right?

Thank god this administration took over!

Considering the changes around the expansion of ICE, civil defense programs, and the exploding cost of servicing the national debt. Debt interest alone now… let me double check these numbers… costs the United States roughly $2.8 billion dollars a day. That alone is ONLY nearly 10 times more than all of our humanitarian programs combined! Then there’s the war spending. We’re currently spending somewhere in the range of $1 billion a day on the war in Iran. And mind you that Iran as one of eight countries we are currently bombing.

Add to that the revenue loss from tax cuts for corporations and the ultra-rich. After accounting for revenue offsets… these responsible policies will reduce national revenue roughly somewhere around $540 million a day.

Thank God, we have to pay for that difference.

So when you start stacking the numbers together…

Um… lets see…

Debt interest at $2.8 billion a day.
War spending at $1 billion a day.
Net tax-cut revenue loss at $540 million a day.

It starts to look like this administration has helped us to the amount of…

NEGATIVE $4.35 billion dollars a day.

Thank goodness for fiscal responsibility! hallelujah! You wouldn’t believe how much money I… personally… have saved!

And as an added bonus… we get to strip healthcare, food stamps, and housing assistance from the poorest families in America.

Then hand it all over to the wealthiest 1%. Who have now lowered their tax burden collectively by $65 billion dollars… a day!!!

All of this done while bombing and brutalizing people across Africa and the Middle East. And all of them… every single last one… black and brown people. In eight different countries… this year alone.

Give that man a Nobel peace prize! Where is Maria Conchito Alonso when you need her?!?!?!

God bless the USA! We are making America great again! One genocide at a time!

According to Christian mythology, the AntiChrist is supposed to usher in the battle of Armageddon.

Trump’s spokespeople are telling the US troops that God is using Trump to bring in the Armageddon and the return of Jesus Christ .

By their logic, he is the AntiChrist. That is if they pause for a moment to think about what they’re actually saying. Or read the Bible they claim to believe.

No one ever accused you guys of having common sense anyway. Dense and Dim 😭😭🤣
Oh man.
Foreign Affairs › Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by cococandy(f): 7:34pm On Mar 05
Nightmare for the men and women who joined the military to defend Democracy. They didn't join for Pete Hesgeth's creepy "holy war".

And by their logic that would make Trump the Antichrist (if they actually read the bible they pretend to care about so much).

As bad as the entire situation in Iran is, the way it’s being communicated about to our troops is even worse.

At least 200 members of the U.S. Armed Services have filed complaints alleging that military commanders have used extremist Christian rhetoric to justify the war with Iran.

One NCO said that their commander “urged us to tell our troops that this was ‘all part of God’s divine plan’ and he specifically referenced numerous citations out of the Book of Revelation referring to Armageddon and the imminent return of Jesus Christ”.

He also stated that his commanding officer said “‘President Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon and mark his return to Earth’”

This is all part of reporting by The Guardian, which is linked in the comments.
Foreign Affairs › Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by cococandy(f): 7:41am On Mar 05
Oh, and by the way, every war, since the history of mankind has been the conservatives of one society going to war with the conservatives of the other society. The ayatollah his men are the conservatives of the Iranian society. The people want to be free of the repressive anti woman govt. Trump and his supporters are the conservatives of the American Society- fighting hard to restrict women’s rights. Netanyahu and his supporters are the conservatives of the Israeli society.

The thing is, conservatives can only see the ugliness in themselves if it is reflected in another group of people . When you ask conservatives in America, what they fear most, they’ll tell you things like sharia law and all the conservative things that happen in Muslim countries, but if we table them side by side, it’s near identical to the kind of society they want for in America.

Leftists in different countries do not go to war with each other. American leftists do not go to war with leftists even in non allied countries. Isn’t it interesting that the “conservatives” are always the extremists of each society. A plague on progress.

Pdfiles and pdfile supporters are worried about pdfiles in another far away continent. Let me pause to laugh. The lack of personal awareness is crazy. It’s always conservatives against other conservatives because they can only see their ugliness when it’s reflected in another group of people!

Imagine telling a 23 year old kid who just lost his limbs that it was for Jesus?

They’re counting the dead but no one is talking about the injured. I’m talking about Life changing injuries that they’ll never fully recover from.

Some of these kids will end drug addicted in the future because of the amount of surgery we have to perform on them to see if we can return limb function.

No doctor will prescribe enough pain medication to last them for the rest of their lives. They usually end up turning to street drugs for pain control and that’s how you see American veterans end up in the streets homeless and drug addicted. It starts with xtupid decisions like this one.

Guess who will judge them then? The same republicans who think everyone should pull themselves up by their bootstraps even when the feet/shoes don’t exist.

I’m genuinely angry and upset at this whole situation.
These embicyles on this thread can talk about it flippantly because they’re not the ones suffering it. They are not the ones at the bed side adjusting the pins that are holding those limbs together.

What these soldiers signed up for was to defend the country from attackers. Not to go wage a war at someone else’s behest for crazy reasons!

nateevs:
A new reason for the war. Christian Extremism!!!!

Without any clear message coming from the White House with regard to the purpose of the Iran war, U.S. military commanders have turned to Jesus, apparently telling American troops that the war is “biblically sanctioned.”

She had more courage in her pinky toe than these pot-bellied loud mouths vituperating all over this thread!

The community of White Bear Lake in Minnesota is grieving the loss of one of its own — Sgt. First Class Nicole M. Amor, a devoted Army Reserve soldier, wife, and mother who was just days away from returning home to her family.

Nicole Amor, 39, was serving in the Middle East when she lost her life while on duty. She had been assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command, an Army Reserve logistics unit based in Iowa.

Her passing came only days before she was expected to reunite with her husband, Joey Amor, and their two children.

“She was almost home,” her husband shared while speaking from their Minnesota home. The words reflect the heartbreak felt by a family who had been counting down the days until her return.

Nicole’s journey in service began in 2005 when she joined the National Guard as an automated logistics specialist. Just a year later, she continued her commitment by transferring to the Army Reserve.

Nicole was not the only American soldier who passed away during the same incident. The U.S. Army also identified Capt. Cody A. Khork, 35, of Winter Haven, Florida; Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, 42, of Bellevue, Nebraska; and Spc. Declan J. Coady, 20, of West Des Moines, Iowa.

For the Amor family, the pain is especially heavy. Nicole was a soldier who served with pride — but above all, she was a wife and mother who was only days away from coming home.

This kind of response from someone is a classic illustration of inherent disingenuousness. None of what he said before mattered but now his actions do matter.
We have an epidemic of inherent misogyny, racism and bigotry in America.

This is why I don’t rate any of his supporters when they pretend to change. Not Candace, not MTG, not Carlson etc. these are awful people who sat on tv day and night and convinced feeble minded idiots that this man was worth a vote. Don’t distance yourselves from it now.

If what you saw before wasn’t enough to discourage you from empowering such a foul person, I don’t think you’re a trustworthy person who anyone should feel safe having in their cycle. When it next favors you, you’ll throw the entire society including your family under the bus for your next grifts . Dangerous people!

These people are gone, and their families are crushed with grief right now. Yes we are grateful for their service.

It’s because of their noble sacrifice that we should demand answers. We owe it to them as fellow Americans to be angry that they were put in harms way so capriciously. Why? Why are they gone? What was accomplished? What is the trade off that makes their absence somehow worth it?
