Happy birthday once more,Enjoy your day!Seconded |
Bro, I understand how u feel now: you can't just get her off your mind and you are afraid she may not want to go that far with you. Well, if you are really sincere in your quest, make a step and tell her how you feel over this time for her. Don't preach love o. Just make it short. Tell her you'll like to be more closer to her as she is one of the most u'll never like to be far away from in life. If she ask why, ofcourse you should know those qualities that makes her hot for you or ain't you? So that's alone would send the right signals. Then wait to hear her response. Definitely, it'll be positive. So, start from there. If you wanna make more steps after this and you don't know how to go about, come back to this thread. I'll be around. |
Catching a pretender is not in all these because he can still pretends over them. But the best way to catch a pretender is in his relationship with other people. Here, a pretender would always be exposed because he cannot pretends with everybody except you and you should know those areas you can use in checking this. Example maybe the way he talks to others, his reaction to issues with friends, manners with neighbors and a whole lots. If the way he deals with you is different from the way he deals with others especially in these few areas, knows that he is a pretender. You can never catch a pretender just between you and the person. |
dvdon: Ehhmmm but Op really hw does dis affect d price of g.... I mean G4Just trying to seek attention ![]() |
wissezy: JoblessnessGuy, I don't think you are right here. This guy is trying to bring out something and I support him in totality. Forget those other funny stuff there. There is a big question here: Why do some people think like animals while some think like humans? What should be responsible for this? |
spikes C: The last time i bought 1 cup of yellow garri in the market, it was N30 per cup. I ask why so? Cos i always buy it at d rate of N20 per cup, nd 3cups for N50! so i learnt that the flood disaster that happened in some part of d state affected them.... I'm on my way 2 d market 2 buy 3cups of garri 4 dis evening! Eba tins on my mind, plus Egusi soup with crayfish, nd those dry small small black mallam cat fish! Anybody who caresA typical example of the OP's problem. Where are you from sef? |
I never knew you can write like this. Why not join the literary society at once. I like the coherence. |
BUSH MAN: now i am petrified my son is 7 weeks old and i ve been making arrangements to circumcise him even though his mother (white woman)refusedLeave that poor boy alone pls. Aboki where dey carry am like that no be human being? Them no dey put woman belle? |
Cyberknight: The most annoying thing about this story is that the nurse or whatever she claimed to be actually had to cut the foreskin. That's an old, outdated procedure. Nowadays there is a procedure that does not require cutting that is used to circumcise baby boys, been in use as far back as the 70s when I was born, so my mother says, and that's how my son was circumcised.Without cutting? Can u explain further pls. Possibly get more details from your mum and get back to us. |
Who cares? |
Don't u know frontpage topics is politics? Ain't u seen wack topics making frontpage? So, ur topic getting there or not shouldn't really be a factor brother |
mascot87: Poverty has rotten so much into our system that we count a 10 passager jet a big deal. It's quite unfortunate. My God punish our corrupt leaders that has done this to usLol. It's not poverty brother but mentality. They have accumulated the wrong things for so long so it hard for them to understand. |
odum desmond: LWKMD oh. My bible makes me understand that things of God looks stupid to the carnal mind, it takes a spiritual mind to decipher that too. So I am not amazed that u call me a goat, yes I am a goat(sorry I prefer to be called sheep, cos even goats are wiser than sheep). So even Christ himself when he was expousing strange doctrines of the Kingdom of God, doing miracles and so many others, they said he was demonised and possessed by Belzubeb(sorry I can't get the real spelling) who is the leader of all demons. So the mystery of God's word is not for ordinary people to understand, its only fooools like me that will sheepishly follow the rules and get stu*pi*dly blessed. Does it not sound strange that the biblical principle of blessing is in giving, whereas book knowledge or common wisdom says that the best it is in the accumulation of wealth by savings that u get wealthy?Silence is the best answer to a f.o.o.l. Don't u understand? Why waisting your energy? |
Why are we (Efik/Ibibio) sharing the name of this fruit with this Igbo people nah? Who is the thief here? |
caseless: Hmmmm....church people? Smh! No wonder private jet is the order of the day. We keep wondering why some followers who are on foot contribute for their pastors who own jets and mansion..Must u comment? |
This story can never be true. I don't believe it. |
plappville: Na waoo, i do use it without adding any spiritual meaning to it. Wonders shall never end, so what media published this? and why should it be exposed?Stop wondering. Stop using it. A word is enough for the wise. |
mumumugu: Lol Area_boy: ][_ {[]} ][_...and u'll die in ignorance |
Did you hear the News? Just saw it ΐϞ one of τ̲̅ђe online media network too!!! We as Christians should stop using the word "Lol" as it originated from the Devil worshippers aπϑ they become happy seeing τ̲̅ђe world using it because when they pray they say "Lucifer our Lord" in short "Lol" so they think we are saying the same thing as them as τ̲̅ђey gave it τ̲̅ȍ τ̲̅ђe world, so a piece of advice, don't use Lol ever again Please. its for your own safety. You may ßε̲̣ worshipping τ̲̅ђe devil unknowingly. John8:32 says "aπϑ ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free" D̶̲̥̅̊☺̣̣̥̇ŋ't hide τ̲̅ђe truth from others,Ɣøû know ђã†̥ τ̲̅ȍ do. |
caseless: This is fictitious! Guy, u are dreaming...Why do you say am dreaming? Is it that it too simple to be true? |
I don't know why the word: sin frightens you guys. There is nothing like sin for the Christian who lives not under the Law but Grace. Sin is a transgression of the Law and we are not living under the Law again. Even Moses that made those Laws couldn't obey them. So Christ came and said as far as you confess my Lordship over your life, you are free from this Law yet some people are still talking about what is wrong and what is not. Do you think you can live this life by your own abilities? Staying away from those things which you feel are bad/wrong and going after the ones that are good or right before your own eyes? Live beyond your senses brothers and sisters. Believe in what Jesus did for you. But don't abuse this life because it precious. Why? Because it not many that has it. Enjoy it. Stop asking questions. There are no measures for wrongdoings. Telling a lie or having sex doesn't mean anything. What means something is what Jesus did for you. Live in it. Stop the devil from attacking you with thoughts about what you have done right/wrong. You are blameless. Don't make laws unto yourself 'cos you'll be judge by those laws. Jesus is the only Law now! |

Those voting for Abuja and Calabar here are doing so because they have not being to Uyo lately. That town is whao I must confess. The kind of houses in Ewet Housing cannot be compared to either those in State or Federal Housing in Calabar. Is it road network? Aka road, Idoro road, 4 lane etc. Is it the people being industrious? Brothers, I love Uyo. |
Sammy107_d: If I didn't know God personally, this sort of comment would have served to reinforce a staunch atheist mindset I'd have cultivated. Why? |
Where are those Igbo guys nah. There are good in this. But I think I know one that says A toad does not run in a daylight for nothing |
Brother, just do your best. Having first class is not a factor that you'll be successful in life. What you need is God. Remember that all things work together for good to them that love God. So it actually a decision [of] if you want to function by your own abilities or God's. That doesn't mean you'll have to care less about life but just do your best and pray. Don't be afraid of anything. |
@Jo Tanx so much bro for taking out time to break it step-by-step for me. Just don't want to make any mistake about this. I really appreciate. Thank you. |
I've actually been having some arguments with my friend for some time now. She believes a man can only marries a woman out from her own church (i.e. If they were not already in the same church) and see it totally wrong for the woman to join the man's church while still friends/dating. I tried to convince her that it's better for her to join me in my own church especially for the fact that during this courtship period she'll have the advantage to decide if she'll be able to cope with the new doctrine before marriage or tell the me she won't be able so that we'll just end up but she fines it had to understand this and hence refuses to join me in my own church. But then, she has given me her words that she'll change to my church only when we get married but am not satisfied too 'cos I want her to start learning and believing the same thing I believe before our marriage finally comes. Also, I've heard cases where the woman would not want to join the man in his own church after marriage even when she agreed that she'll. Another thing is that, she claims to be an active member in her church though I don't know how that can stop her from switching over. I came to Nairaland 'cos I've heard so much about how issues can be dealt with here. So pls, what's your thoughts on this? Advice us 'cos she's also watching this thread. P.S.: She's Orthodox while am a Pentecostal. Thank you. |
