Yesterday I decided to challenge the status quo. And what I experienced will leave you in shock.


Yesterday, out of the blue I called my benefactor on phone.
After a long session of exchanging pleasantries( for it has been quite a long time since we last spoke) , like a hype master I went to work .
I started by saying thank you . Then I followed by mentioning all the stuff he had helped my achieve (which were quite a lot) , and the sacrifices he made in order to have those things happen.
For More than half an hour I went on and on, on how grateful I was to have had his support over the years..
Untill, something unexpected happened.
On the other end I I could hear some faint sobbing, which later evolved into a full blown cry.
Damn! What have I done?.
I stopped and asked if he was ok, to which he replied,
That he was ok.only never expected nor experienced such level of gratitude from anyone before

Then went on to pronounce more blessings on me.

Work out - when you are in shape, even rags could look luxurious on you.

Sunscreen lotion - I don’t think a man should be obsessed with skincare routine. Just protect your skin from the sun with sunscreen and you should be good.

Personal development - Every thing you know how to do now, strive to be better at it. Practice grace, talk, eat, walk, dance with grace. Practice doing everyday things with a little panache and royalty. Remind yourself and catch yourself slip. If you were an important person and surrounded by equally important people how would you act? Start practicing it now because you are a VIP.

Last word - Glowing up is not a destination, it’s the summation of glow up actions. The things you do daily, weekly, monthly is what adds up to become glow. Even after you have glowed up, you still have to continue ‘doing’. So focus on the ‘doing’ instead of being obsessed with becoming. The end.
