INTRODUCTION
Obudu Mountain Resort formerly known as the Obudu Cattle Ranch is a ranch and resort on the Obudu Plateau in Cross River State, Nigeria. It was developed in 1951 by Mr. McCaughley, a Scot who first explored the mountain ranges in 1949. He camped on the mountaintop of the Oshie Ridge on the Sankwala Mountains for a month before returning with Mr. Hugh Jones a fellow rancher who, in 1951, together with Dr Crawfeild developed the Obudu Cattle Ranch. Although the ranch has been through troubles since, it has very recently been rehabilitated to its former glory. A recently added cable car from the base to the top of the plateau gives visitors a scenic view while bypassing the extremely winding road to the top.

Access to Obudu Mountain Resort can be by air, road or by using the cool cable car (the longest in Africa, 4kilometres long) . Access by air can be done through Lagos via Aero Airlines which flies bi-weekly and it is a 35 minutes flight. Chartered flights can also be arranged either from Lagos or from Calabar. By road, Obudu Mountain Resort is 332 kilometers from calabar; then 30 more minutes from Obudu Town. Travelling by road, you will get to experience a beautifully designed road designed to allow visitors view all over the resort as they travel. The spectacular view will make you glued to your car window all through the journey! The cable car allows you view the resort from the sky and it is always an amazing scenery to view as one moves from the bottom of the mountain to the top. 10. Henry Dickson - Bayelsa State

He assumed his role as the Governor of Bayelsa State in southern Nigeria on 14 February 2012. He was a member of the House of Representatives from 2007 until 2012.
The Independent National Electoral Commission reported that Henry Dickson won over 90% of the votes.
They went on to say that this helped in "further strengthening the PDP's stranglehold on power there since Jonathan became president."
That percentage of votes above already tells everyone the kind of love the governor gets from his state citizens and as far we known he is till getting it. Not very famous nationwide though but his popularity in the South-South region is serious.
He's been ranked 10th on this list.

9. Olusegun Mimiko - Ondo State

Even though he is nearing the end of his second term and has done quite well in the area of
health, infrastructure and education which has uplifted the state. He has also done well in the area of
security as the state has been largely peaceful as against the problem of bunkering and kidnapping in
the area.
As far as ratings go he's been rated as one of the best governors Ondo state ever had.
Mimiko's popularity in his state is very much high he is well loved by many citizens of the state. as for fame the two term governor is not widely known nationwide though.

8. Aminu Tambuwal - Sokoto State

He is the Governor of Sokoto State. He was elected as Governor after the April 11th General Elections. He is also the former Speaker of the House of Representatives of Nigeria. He is an All Progressives Congress (APC) member and represented the Tambuwal/Kebbe Federal Constituency of Sokoto State.
The public offices he's held made him quite famous nationwide most especially being the former speaker of House of rep.
We've noticed he's done well by the citizen of his state, he is loved by many of them which makes his popularity in the North much more strong. As for this year he is ranked number 8.


7. Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai - Kaduna State

The incumbent Governor of Kaduna State and former Director General of The Bureau of Public Enterprises, the head privatisation agency in Nigeria and also the former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja from 16 July 2003 to 29 May 2007. When it comes to fame the governor is quite known by many across the country for the public offices he's held in the past, and we've learnt he is quite loved by his state men since assuming the gubernatorial office in 2015.

The very popular governor has done well for the state since assuming office even though he's had quite a few criticisms and not very good ratings of recent.
When it comes to being loved by his state men he is quite loved. He is also quite famous nationwide.

4. Nyesom Wike - Rivers State

Assumed office in year 2015 and withing a year the governor has shown quite a lot of performance.
Following Governor Wike’s performance; the governor has showcased varieties of developmental projects such as housing, health care, security of life and property, operation zero pot holes, employment, empowerment, completion of projects that were abandoned by previous governments.”
Other achievements include prompt payments of civil servant salaries and pensions, clearing of school fees of Rivers State indigene studying abroad that were abandoned by his predecessor in office.
All these definitely makes the state citizens love him more. Even though year 2016 has been a busy year for the governor dealing with his tribunal issues.
Governor Wike is quite famous nationwide and quite popular in the South-South.

3. Adams Oshiomhole - Edo State

She is also the creator and executive producer of “The Debaters”, and has been described by Forbes as “Africa’s Most Successful Woman”.
Abudu is the founder of The Inspire Africa Foundation, a human investment arm of Inspire Africa Ltd. It is registered as a non-profit organisation focused on raising funds to implement society-transforming initiatives.
The Foundation has opened a charity store branded "The Designers Outlet for Charity", which opened on 5 December 2009 in Lagos, Nigeria. The foundation is also developing a children's shelter called "The Harbour".

Aisha is the wife of Muhammadu Buhari, the president of Nigeria, who was inaugurated on May 29, 2015 after defeating the Goodluck Jonathan. She is a Cosmetologist and Beauty therapist.
Buhari’s wife announced her decision to be addressed as the wife of the president and not the first lady of Nigeria. Her action has been greeted with extreme repulsion.
Report has it since getting inaugurated the wife of the president has made quite some efforts in helping the masses in Nigeria most especially the women.

Former Senator Aisha Alhassan also known as Mama Taraba the minister of women affairs, her recent achievement being on the verge of winning the gubernatorial sit in Taraba state automatically made her a role model for female politicians in Nigeria.
In recent news as Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Aisha Alhassan, said N200 million would be disbursed to eight pilot states each through the National Women Empowerment Fund, NAWEF, to empower women at the grassroots.
She added that “the NAWEF targets 10,000 women beneficiaries in each of the pilot states; the condition of the loans both under the GEEP and NAWEF are the same.
Aisha has been a real advocate for women in Nigeria as she uses every opportunity she gets to promote and help women that needs help in Nigeria.

As of 2015, she is listed as the second most powerful woman in Africa after Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and the 87th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes
Folorunsho has a foundation called the Rose of Sharon Foundation that helps widows and orphans by empowering them through scholarships and business grants. .
She also founded the Folorunsho Alakija Scholarship Scheme (FASS) which has consistently aided quite a number of indigent Nigerians who can not afford good and quality education. Mrs Alakija is a fervent supporter of education in Nigeria

Same here. Our female cat got pregnant all the time. We really enjoyed watching the little kittens as they played, and playing with them.


I hate that too. I wonder what evil-doers need cats for that dogs, rats, mice, lizards and insects cannot do. It's because of their glowy eyes.

Depression and other psychological illnesses are just medical conditions that can be treated with drugs and counseling. Just see a doctor (psychiatrist), get your prescription, and keep taking it. Then you should try to surround yourself with people who are kind and understanding.

I will advice the sleeping virgin Christians to awake and happily go to Church to add oil to their lamps. Be like David that goes to the house of God with gladness....I pray that we will not miss that glorious kingdom of Christ (amen).

I have read many comments of the so called Christians that are fed up with Church, if you are among them, you should know that you get fed up because you don't define your purpose of going to Church. The truth is when you read the scripture and you discovered the truth, you may be tempted never to go to Church again, because you will see where your pastor or leaders in church are not perfect but when you know and understand that you are not following any man of God or any Apostle, you will overlook their imperfections, .....when you really know that you follow Christ only the Faith of Him that is perfect. you don't follow Paul neither do you follow Apollo, the method Apollo can plant may be different from the perspective of Paul in planting but they both sha plant..you follow Christ as a Christian, you are Christ-like not Paul-like or Peter-like but of Jesus-like. you don't really have excuse.

1. Slash salary and allowances of president and vice by 60%: president and vice president should earn like civil servants, so I will start with myself by slashing not just my monthly salary but all salaries and allowances/entitlements, including easta code abi easter codeine lol

2. Implement federalism whereby each state controls and manages her resources and remits 30% to the federal/central government which will be used to tackle national security/boundary security watch, immigration, foreign affairs, etc

3. Privatise every federal government owned asset or business such that government will only become a regulatory body and not management. This will bring efficiency among government workers, and curb corruption in government offices

4. Make sure most government handled activities are computerized such that they will be done mostly by electronic; especially cash handling to reduce corruption and bribery

5. Ban cattle grazzing and find effective ways to improve cattle rearing such that we will have more ranches for cattle herders.....and have more Nigerians go into farming by making farming lucrative and attractive using farm mechanization and improved security for Nigerian farmers

6. Implement State Policing: every state must have their own Police.

7. Scrap state of origin: all Nigerians are equal and the same no matter their state of origin.

8. All political office or post must be made unattractive such that they will earn very meagre salary and allowances so people will stop clamoring to go into politics to make money or to fight poverty. If you want to be a millionaire, go and start a company, invent something or develop a new business idea and don't ever think about going into politics to make money because political offices and posts will earn even lesser than school principals!

9. No politician or his/her children/spouse/immediate relative will be allowed to travel out of Nigeria twice in a year the moment you are elected or appointed into office. They will submit their travel documents to a special Federal Police Team to enforce strict travel monitoring for all politicians!

10. Increase tax for the rich: if you are worth more than 1billion naira, then you will pay 35% higher tax. To reduce your tax, open more companies, farms, businesses and employ more people so that the more people you employ, the lesser the tax you will pay as a rich person.

11. Tax religious bodies: churches, mosques, shrines, juju houses, all must be registered and must pay tax to the government. The higher your revenue, the higher your tax.....to reduce your tax, build schools and make it free, open companies and employ Nigerians, then you will pay less tax as a Church or Mosque

12. Life jail for any political office holder found guilty of corruption: [/b]35 years jail term for any corrupt practices no matter how small

[b]13. Reduce number of senators and reps: there will only be 36 senators and 102 (3 per state) reps, and their salary/allowance cannot exceed 1 million naira only! No senator, rep, commissioner, perm sec, etc will be allowed to travel out of Nigeria twice in a year. Same with their children, spouses, immediate relatives. So before you think of becoming a senator/rep/commissioner/etc you will think it well and know that you are only going to serve and not to make money!
