creolehunt: Nigerians are so gullible especially with the paid zombies running amok.
If you people have ever been in government or huge corporation spaces, you'd understand that a massive racketeering has gone on under the table with likely a commision-on-each-transaction deal brokered by the new organization and whoever it is that sponsored them. there is something worse than commission-on-each-transact. It is commision-proportional-with-transaction-amount. It may cost you same amount to process a million naira transaction and a thousand naira each, but they charge a fixed percentage of each transaction amount. Using 5% as rate, one transaction will earn #50,000 and the other one #50 yet both cost same amount to process. Isnt that wonderfully ingenius? |

ribbit: Another northern group crying about import policy. These goats, under Buhari, after using over a trillion bucks to support farming, kidnapped the produce and called it blockafe because hausas were disciplined in Lagos. Under Tinubu, Yorubas have been attacked in Karuna yet no southerner dare block a truck or tannker taking goods to northern Nigeria. Animals. |

No he is not. What he is doing for now is using loans with suspended repayment to import food cost effectively and flood market to convince local mafia to reduce price. The local refining by Dangote also teiggered our hitherto comatose refineries and have greatly reduced forex demand generally. That too is another strong factor. Export of finished goods by dangote and the likes too because they cannot sell all their products locally. |

LegendHero: This price war between them only shows that they have been overcharging Nigerians.
They should bring the fuel price further down.
I now see the sense in leaving the market open. If not for the competition, none of them would have reduce prices as they are doing.
But NNPC no get enough capacity to compete with Dangote for now. Make them no go break knee. Stop talking like a confused bot. Crude price fluctuations, scalle of economy too. They affect prices of final products |
