You are wrong in two instances :

1. Ms. Deborah did not die a the death of a Christian martyr; she was lynched because of rumors relating to blasphemous statements against the prophet of Islam.

2. The hausa/fulani Christians (or whatever you call them) can not be tagged as "peace-loving" because that is an assumption, not a fact .

So what does this mean? Well, according to the bible, it is not your religion that changes you, rather , it is Jesus Himself that does that; it is His presence in your life that brings traceable changes of peace and calmness.

Secondly, Christianity is not a religion, it was only tag so. Anyone who is a true Christian follows Christ in so doing forsake ways of religious people.

Recently, as we all knows about the incident and circumstances that brought about the dead of our generation Martyr Miss Deborah Samuel.
It was such a painful story that whenever I came across any related stories about it, I'm move to tears. Well, the good news is she died a dead of a glorious Christian, standing up for her beliefs and Faith. Rest in Peace. May we meet again!
Now, I was taken aback about the religious killing that had plague the northern part of our beloved country, my thought was maybe Hausa and Fulanis are violent set of people who in any given opportunities will quench their thirsty for blood with Christian been the most victims of their barbaric act but NO! They're NOT in fact they are one of the most peaceful people alive, the problems are the upbringing and general orientation maybe their religion too. The reason for this is that I had NEVER see any Christian Fulani's or Hausa been violent even if they are provoked also any one of them who convert to Christian are always peaceful with strong Faith. I might be wrong. Guys what's your take?
