Yeah mr smart what difference does it make if one is privately run and the other is government run? We're talking about people's lives here,not institutions and you're making such stùpid distinction. Truth is,the north have always been a burden to themselves and the rest of us. From the talakawas to the almajiris to boko haram and now malnourished idps. This is not about religion because i don't do religion anyways.
