Reminds me of a friend, her dad abandoned her mum and her siblings, remarried and moved to another town.

Mum struggled to raise 5 kids alone, she did not remarry though the husband left when she was 27/28.

NDLEA will never arrest anyone based solely on the statement of someone else. Even if they do,such an allegation will never stick in court because it is purely circumstantial.
