You just have to wait till a registered domain is at least 60 days old before you can complete the process. And its for certain Registrars. They will let you know if your registrar permits
After 60 days delist your domain from their market place and add it again. They will send the message that will let you complete the process.

Practical on Tuesday, and during that practical since I have been taught how to know good domain to register, along the practical I saw a domain that catches my attention and I register it immediately, that is my first Domain.
