That is the world we live in today. I told people who were sensationalising a harmless bite and calling for a life ban on Suarez that worse things happen on the pitch of play. People get career and life threatening injuries on the pitch without the offenders even getting a red card like in Matudi's case. I am sure Onazi and Super eagles fans would have taken a bite from Matudi over such a tackle. 14 Likes |

Politics / Re: A State In The USA Uses More Electricity Than Sub Saharan Africa less S.Africa by collynzo2(m): 12:52pm On Jul 01, 2014 |
Bill Gates himself is a hypocrite, I know he is one of those who go around throwing that ''renewable energy'' shît, now he is shoving the fact that a state in the US produces more electricity than most African countries combined into our faces. What he failed to tell us is that more than 50% of electricity in the US is gotten from coal, the same coal that they discourage foolish and gullible Africans from using in the name of environmental protection. The only African country that generates a reasonable amount of electricity, South Africa relies heavily on coal (about 90%) for its electricity generation. Coal plants are relatively cheap, reliable and a single plant can produce as much electricity as all the Gas plants we have in Nigeria combined and multiplied by 2. 1 Like |

I was wondering how that was possible when South Africa alone generates over 40 000 Megawatts until I saw the screen shots. |

bootstrap:You are just an empty noise maker, the only people begging for the Presidency are the greedy politicians who stand to gain from it. An average Igbo man doesn't care, at least no in this present Nigeria where a President who dares to do anything for his region is tagged an ethnic President. Jonathan is already being called that despite not doing anything special for his people. What do Igbos stand to benefit from such Presidency? If you cannot point out what Igbos are to benefit from the Presidency with concrete examples then shut the hell up! Writing in uppercase doesn't make you right. 3 Likes |

They still have the highest rate of illiteracy, poverty and undevelopment in the country, they are still the ones being killed by brainwashed people left, right and center. What about Jonathan? How has his rule improved the lives of Ijaw people? If you cannot say how the Presidency is of any benefits to Igbos in this present structure of Nigeria, then keep mute. 7 Likes |

I don't know what Ohakim's plan is, but if he thinks Imo people will elect him again because Ekiti people elected Fayose, he is on a looooong thing. If Rochas has soiled his hands by joining the Islamic party, we still have APGA under which Okorocha was elected, even Ohakim himself was initially elected under PPA and I believe the party still exists. Anyone but Ohakim or Rochas. 6 Likes |
Politics / Islamic Party APC Warns Ndigbo On Stomach Infrastructure by collynzo2(m): 6:53am On Jul 01, 2014 |
The All Progressives Congress, APC, has alerted the people of South-East of an alleged plot by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to feed them with what it called ‘stomach infrastructure’. That is interpreted as plan to heavily bribe the people to vote for the ruling party in the 2015 general elections. APC alleged that the plot to bribe the Igbo arose after the Ekiti State governorship election, which the party woefully lost to the PDP. It added that the former governor of Imo State, Ikedi Ohakim, had been drafted as the arrowhead of the ‘project’. APC spokesman in the South-East Zone, Osita Okechukwu, who raised the alarm yesterday, said that it had come to the notice of the APC that the PDP had perfected a grand plan to flood the country with cash, aimed at inducing voters, starting from the zone. Okechukwu said: “This is the aftermath of the Ekiti State gubernatorial election, where PDP’s candidate, in spite of his lessthan- transparent record, triumphed over a performing governor via splash of cash, in what is dubbed ‘stomach infrastructure’. “Our information has it that to lead the Induce- Voter-Squad for the South- East is ex-governor of Imo State, Chief Ikedi Ohakim, who has already relocated to Imo from self-exile in Abuja. “Ohakim has started by apologising for mismanaging Imo State, without accounting for the missing funds. His next move is to tour the South-East to lure the good people with handouts, so that they will not judge President Jonathan for his poor performance, but for immediate benefits. “We must remind our people that Ndigbo are yet to recover from similar President Jonathan’s Stomach Infrastructure handout, which caused an embarrassing rift between the former president of Ohaneze Ndigbo, the late Ambassador Ralph Uwechue and South-East governors. “APC South-East, therefore wishes, for the umpteenth time, to appeal to the hardworking and enterprising Ndigbo not to fall into the ‘Stomach Infrastructure’ trap simulated by a government that failed woefully to include the 2nd Niger Bridge in the federal budget, failed to revamp the Enugu coal industry, failed to reconstruct federal roads, failed to fix electricity and that in controversial circumstances handed over Enugu Distribution Company to Interstate Ltd,” he warned. http://nationalmirroronline.net/new/apc-warns-ndigbo-on-stomach-infrastructure/ |

They call their players and coaches worlds like ''cows'', whenever the team is made of mostly Orlando Pirates players, Kaizer chiefs fans openly pray for them to lose, whenever majority of the team are Kaizer chiefs players, Orlando pirates fans criticise everything they do and hope they lose. Some of their clubs are even reluctant to release players for international duty and their journalists is 100 times more brutal than Nigeria's ass licking journalists. 2 Likes |

A supposed graduate who cannot write a short sentence without making several grammatical errors has no business criticising secondary school students or even teaching them for that matter. Now if your written English is this poor despite having all the time to construct and modify it, how will your spoken which English you use in teaching the students be? How are you sure they understand your lessons when you can't communicate properly? I blame whoever gave graduate illiterates like you the opportunity to confuse students. 6 Likes |

oladistinct: Matuidi is not a dirty player. He went for the ball but his tackle was late, it can happen to anyone.Remember that Onazi's ankle was twisted in the early moments of the game, he managed to come back after getting treatment before being stamped on the same ankle again, it wasn't a coincidence. Some of those tackles were as bad as what kept the likes of Ramsey and Eduardo out for more than a year. 6 Likes |
