When has it become the duty of the Federal Government to issue permits for religious houses? Hasn't this been the perennial duty of the various states? Another question, which areas did these happen? I am throwing open challenge to OP.

1. Obasanjo was the President while Buhari was the Petroleum minister when the 2.8 billion Naira went missing. The documentary never said Fela sang about Buhari but that he sang about the missing money. The money got lost under Buhari's watch no doubt about that.2. Buhari actually expelled Ghanains on 2 different occasions, Shagari's was just once. That of Buhari was a lot more brutal and filled with human rights violations.
