As an IT personnel, an electronic voting or transmission have to be 100% effective to be deployed.. Nigeria hasn’t gotten to that stage yet

This is one of the biggest scandals ever. That the press is silent about it is a disgrace. That the supreme court is available to the highest bidder makes a mockery of law and justice.

No wonder someone like Wike appears untouchable. He knows the judges can be influenced. But let's not even dwell on that. Remember the case of Peter Odili? The supreme court granted a perpetual injunction banning the EFCC from ever investigating him for financial misdeeds as a former governor of Rivers state. Not that the court even bothered asking the EFCC to prove its case but it outrightly barred the EFCC from carrying out its mandate under the law.

Any political party unable to afford agents in every polling unit has no business contesting national elections. Even with electronic result transmission, courts will still demand hard copies signed by party agents whenever results are challenged.

The so called opposition are not opposition but disgruntled elements. Majority of them are not happy because Tinubu did not include them in his government hence, the became opposions overnight. El Rufai, for example. Aregbesola is in opposition because he has trouble with Tinubu. Besides, almost all of them have been in power in the past, what did they do better. Obi is not even an opposition but a desperate lazy politician who wants to be president.
