Jagaban has gradually begun restructuring and decentralization of the country. First, he decentralized the School of Aviation in each geopolitical zone, decentralized Army Depot to each geopolitical zone in the South, and now Police Academy will be decentralized in each region as well.
He has already created Development Commission in each region, he has decentralized electricity, he is about to create state police and give the country a new constitution.
