See if people don't want to accept something, no matter how many times you repeatedly tell them, you're just wasting your time. Human beings esp Nigerians can be very difficult to changes

From my experience with most Nigerians, they shout & object any new development, but when it begins, they just keep quiet and start using same thing they initially opposed.. a very good example is the recently constructed Coastal Road 1st phase.

When the Tax implementation begins, everywhere will settle. Just watch!
