Please explain to me, if Tŭrkiye became Turkey (understandable), how on earth did Deutshland become Germany!

Lol.. Türkiye didn’t become Turkey or same with Germany, or Netherlands, etc. it’s their English and native names.

one is simply English spelling & pronunciation while the other is native - German. Dutch, Turkish, etc. I hope you understand.

Amazing work.. road abandoned for decades..

Can’t wait to ply that route soonest to my town Irrua.

Big Kudos to FG on this, esp to Engr Umahi

Yet no constant power.. quite unfortunate

Bold decision by Soludo

QuinQQ:
But that's the formal name. We're not being formal here. See below

Not actually “formal”.. it’s native spelling.

Türkiye = Turkish spelling & pronunciation while Turkey = English spelling & pronunciation… From my years in Turkey, their people pronounce their country name as Türkiye.

Just like Germany/Deutschland, Holland/Netherlands, etc.

YesDaddyTill203:
Sitting at home while talking about others obeying and supporting terrorists in the regions. Height of hypocrisy

Gbam! Don’t mind them bunch of hypocrites!

Gbam! Very brave decision by Gov Soludo.

Intelligent political move

QuinQQ:

Now called Türkiye.. that’s the country new name, changed few years back

Hosgeldiniz (welcome) to Türkiye PBAT.. don’t forget to visit Istanbul and well and try the delicious tavuk dorum (chicken shawarma) when there. 😊

YesDaddyTill203:
Kano is in the bag for APC. A combination of these 2 and others will make it hard for anyone to defeat APC in Kano.

Very true.. the 3 including barau are political heavyweights

All the best to him

Noted.. all the best to Gov Abba Yusuf

Good one VP Shettima

Lionnation:
He already confirmed he wasn't born then spare him and teach him

Silly people..

Simply the truth..

Very good one.. can’t wait to ply the road when completed..

That will be welcome news

Political clash.. I think the Gov decision should be respected.

Natbrowny:
Nigerian Politicians always focusing on party switches and defections than doing the actual work.

Most unfortunate!

Omoboricash:
He started his political career from APP, to APGA to PDP to LP now ADC.
I believe he will still move to another party

SMH.. imagine only one person have joined 5 parties already.. very unserious so-called politician!

I have no doubt he’s still move to another party soonest.

Good one from the military

Good question OP

Yorubasareslave:
Abaribe’s constituency elected him to make laws advancing their interests. So far his people are satisfied with his quality representation.
He’s expected to secure a landslide win in 2027.

Its both please.. both are his responsibilities.
