In my years abroad, we hardly hear projects by the country president/ministers.. Almost all infrastructure projects/developments are carried out by the State and Local govts/councils..

I think different sets.. Some 25K, others N70k-75k. My wife was paid N70k in Lagos over the weekend. She went with NIN for payment.

Also the FG thru some banks are offering very low rate loans - i think 3-4% for SMEs. One of the Bank Reps were at my office just weeks back to talk to us on this
