This is a dicey situation. On one hand NUPENG is right that the truck drivers under Dangote Refinery should be unionized.. And the direct truck drivers under Dangote said unionization is by choice not mandatory.
Its a tough matter to resolve. However we hope its sorted amicably asap so Nigerians don't bear the brunt of two elephants |

Politics › Re: PDP Governors, Wike's Loyalists clash Over Chairmanship, Secretary zonal slots by commoditiesnig(m): 4:43pm On Sep 07, 2025 |
What an intelligent post. Kudos @fred, you sabi politics! callthefred: Comments here are reasons why I can see why Obidients and their mob keeps failing. Wike here is fighting on all fonts so that at the end of the day, some positions will be conceded to him. PDP wouldn't want to loose the governorship in Rivers in 2027 and that's why they seriously need a Wike.
Besides that, in PDP money bags often run the show and they allow for self conscious decision unlike APC that everything must be what the leaders want. Even Seyi Makinde cannot muscle out Wike that is why he is taking serious loans and bogus inflated projects. Wike will take half and others will share the remaining. That's the fact.
Alot of people hate Wike because of his open support for Tinubu but everything Wike fights for in PDP is just fairness. They will negotiate and still give him what he wants. That's how politics works. When Tinubu blasted Buhari then, many idiots said it was over for Tinubu, didn't the party later give him what he wants?. |

surgical: Tinubu did not do any magic, it is because he is able to put petrol prices at a rate that both the government and the dealers makes abnormal profits The scarcity that occur before is usually for price negotiation, when government wants to jack up prices, since everyone involved is smiling to the bank except the masses, the oppressors are delighted, what will they withdraw supply for Lol.. this man you too like long talk, to just contradict yourself All you stated above is the MAGIC Tinubu simply did na.

True the economy may have stabilized but the citizens are yet to really feel the effect. As madam Ngozi advised, social safety program should be implemented asap
Direct cash transfer to citizens Low interest loans for SMEs and industries Incentives for famers
Incentives/loan for students (thankfully the govt already doing that)
Let the citizens feel direct impact of a truly stabilized economy |
