When buhari government gave loan for local rice production, instead of selling to Nigerian market, they began to rebag it to foreign bags and selling to neighboring countries.

They ban the importation of frozen chicken from neighboring countries, chicken became 25k - 30k. Instead of making fair profit, they Farmers increased their price so highly and as per closed border, you are only at their mercy.

]it's an irrelevant project. If we do not have existing inter-state roads, [/i]then I'd go with the idea. But having Inter-state roads that needs urgent fixing, yet building new roads is a waste of resources.

To be truthful its not irrelevant. Why should road from Lagos to say Calabar/Abuja be passing different states? That's total waste of time and stress. There should be separate road for long stretch of travel

I travel from Lagos to/fro Abuja for business.. passing thru Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti/Ondo/Kogi to Abuja which you term inter-state roads are total outdated/waste of time.

Direct/coastal roads are much better, save time.. you know time is money.. Also open up communities.

In an European country, I travelled from one city to the capital, the road was just straight and decidated road, not going thru states.

I don't think the president just made that comment out of the blue/without thinking, in disagreement to what many people thought.

I think/believe he and his campaign team had already decided the decision from day 1.

Someone said if the president had delayed from not implementing the subsidy removal from day one, political forces would've fought him to delay it.. Just as they did to previous presidents.. Can't you see what's happening to Dangote?
