I see 1.3320 as the main barrier to conquer. For me, daily and weekly are still very bullish and we should see 1.34-1.35. When he says psychological barrier he refers to a strong support/resistance lines to go past.

Sell EUR/USD at 1.3285 with SL at 1.3335. The barrier is strong so let's go for about 100pips profit.

FXKing2012:
There is a very strong psychological barrier around 1.3300 area so it's advisable to fade the eur/usd trend around that area. The barrier is so strong that it's gonna take something out of the ordinary to breach it.
So get ready to sell eur/usd.
