I experienced nervous breakdown & I was told by the doctor that my smoking was the cause but still couldn't agree not until I began noticing that anytime I smoked I felt that funny stuff in my body again then I decided to quit. I started smoking in either 1994/95 & stopped in the year 2000 however smoking is a bad habit, if you get addicted I pray that God delivers you. I would wake up in the middle of the night to look for cigarette in the neighbourhood if I have forgotten to buy some in the evening. It was that bad. I thank God, for so many years now I don't even count cigarette as been relevant to me anymore.

I had three bad experience in my life.
1. The day I had carry-over that would have cost me my National Youth Service with my mates, it wouldn't have been a big deal but I knew I was failed deliberately by the lecturer. I had an issue with him & he expected me to apologise which I did not do because Material Handling was one of my favourite course,even on the day of the exam I fed some of my guys in which their result were desirable. When I got the result I wept like a baby but thank God the school authority came to our aid that all the final year student with one carry-over should be given opportunity to sit for such papers because our call-up was delayed, it was like magic. I passed the said course, I got 72.

2. The day I felt totally humilliated & that would have resulted in my suicide if not for God intervention. I tried all I could after Youth Service Year to get employed but all in futility, I now went to a popular Nursery & Primary school very close to my house to get a job which I believed would be a walk over for me but when they put me to test infront of the kids I was told point blank that I lacked the skill to carry the youngsters along. I felt so bad that when I got home I attempted something funny. However guys God dey, 4 months after the incident I got employed in one of the indigenous independent Oil & Gas marketing company & eventually rose to managerial role before I resigned.

3. The day I received message from home town that my mum fell sick not only sick she was down with stroke, this was a woman that spent everything she had to educate 6 of us. I wept like a baby when I got to office after I have travelled to home town during the weekend to see her & make the hospital arragenment, I could not still control myself, I was like that for a whole week. I almost got bankrupted because of her sickness, every demand to make her well would be met at all cost though she survived it but that is not the mother I grew up to know. Nevertheless I am grateful to God.

Is it necessary to talk? If you don't have something logical except this political jargons, it would have been better to keep your stupidity. RIP to the dead. I did my service year in Bauchi though many years back, after the incident I kept imagining, that could have been me.

The answer is simple. The motives of going to church nowadays is different for folks. For some: A place to seek for forgiveness for all attrocities committed during the week; a place to socialise & for the pastors is no more about soul winning but how the members can increase numerically which would have ripple effect in tithes & offering.

This kind of response above happens when we let sentiment overrides our logical reasonning. I will not gain anything by running down Mr. President if he is a performer even if I did not vote for him, that would have been a good reference for me to regret my action. To be honest some of the things going on under Mr. President will not happen with someone who knows how to exercise power. He may wish to do good but it seems he does not have what it takes. GEJ has failed me & if 85% of Nigerians can say this, I am not talking about the beneficiaries of this corrupt government, I mean real hard working Nigerians whom with all their effort to survive hardship have kept up with miserable lives then Mr. President needs to change his strategy.

A lot is wrong with the pics, the president had no eye contact with the military man, the military man was preparing to have a handshake whereas in their way of life, they usually salute senior colleagues & the president should be seen as the commander in chief. Eye contact means a lot as well as the way you shake hands. Those traits sometimes exhibit your level of confidence.

Millitary boys are sleeping; Gideon Orkar like group of soldiers are no more I think. I think we have gotten to that stage.

mrs flawless: Corruption and unpatriotism. An average Nigerian is very corrupt. Civil Servants, Politicians, Professionals, Artisans e.t.c. Also nobody wants to serve and sees every opportunity to. Serve as an opportunity to cut, eat and keep their share of the national cake! The fact that we are not patriotic also, what Establishment, Nation or Company interviews 5 Candidates and then hands over the position of CEO or CinC to the least qualified,least inspiring and least charismatic of the candidates, simply because he is from a part of the nation not looking at track record.The day we start electing leaders based on capability and competence and not on ethnicity and religion is the time we begin to solve our problems as a nation.

ruggedcuzz: One major challenge i find in forex trading is staying glued to the computer watching chart 24/7, trying to detect when the signal will show up. Pls explain to me in details how u cope with this challenge. With this 4hr TF, one may not even see a signal throughout a whole day, leading to frustration starring at the chart.

This is Rozay made easy but to buttress on what Rozay has laid down, the 4 hours is cool to fish out trend and if you do not want to wait watching computer till eternity for trading opportunities, this is what I think can be done, daily pivot point trading. The 4 hours has established the trend, lets assume now we are long, I like to tell you guys that between S1 & daily PP lies the entry point. So if you want to really trade this, pending order is the real deal at daily pivot, S1 or between the two points.

What do you look out for
1. Where the Gann is; still below the price action in 4 hours TF
2. BB stop position still under price action & Gann in 4 hours TF

Sometimes price may even pick going up before reaching the daily pivot, this you get with time dealing with charts.

When can you do this?
1. At the beginning of a trading day. 10pm Nigeria time although this may be determined based on winter or summer time, so the 10pm can turn to 11pm some other time. A new daily pivot is set at this hour. Therefore knowing the validity of the chart structure in 4 hours gives you advantage to work out the entry point with the pivot.

This is shameful, I do not think this is a convetional way to contribute to a good thread started by someone who has the well being of others at heart. My friend get wisdom get understanding. You will not be able to perform beyond your capacity even if you put extra effort, forex trading may not be good for you due to some circumstances. Please forex is real and guys are making money from it. Having money and good life is not by magic either offline or online, people must pain to gain. I think you get it go and study, it can work.

natruetalk: sister, 50 pips not too much, not the pips that will wipe ur account, it depend on the lot size u used. lot size state how long tarder will stay in this business. if u decided to be using little pip for stop loss, expect spike to be chopping ur dollar b4 moving toward ur direction. dont forget spike alone can be 15 to 30 pips. than later prove u right on you trade direction. when u have a strong signal never mind to use this 50pips. does'nt matter u leave ur tarde to hit it u can stop manually at any pip b4 the stop loss if u quickly accept your mistake.it is for the safty purpose. chikena

With this concept you will survive in forex. Open some trade for months BADAMUA because your marging level will still dey kampe, have you ever heard person with 1000% margin level getting margin call, tafikua! eewo! Knowledge and money management saves you from account wipe out.

I dey oh, just think I need to do some forex research so I decided to give myself a break from forex alert because I had a lot of distraction then however I am feeling cool now. I saw what the gentleman is doing & seeing what the other guy complained about on the un-ending retracement which I think I have the solution that was why I contributed. Nice concept from Rozay.

Thanks for your explanation. I'm still trying to organize all the paraphernalias of Rozay's system together. I understand that part about buying and selling at the breakout points of support & resistance, thanks for reminding me of that. I guess that your logic may be that retracement hardly bypasses support and resistance and so a 50pips margin stop loss may be safe but you know some trades can make surprising turn like the EU did on a certain day.

You are on point here but you must remember this is just like a calculated game, then on that note do not chew more than you can bite; money management, but if you try this system you will have no headache about drawdown that can cause heart attack. Establishing trend from 4 hours & takin position from lower time frame 5M will give you safe landing you are desiring. I hope I solved some of your curiosity my lady. In other way round I have one EA that you can use after like 10 pips depending on your risk taking ability it locks your profit by placing stop loss over your opening position by 1 pip. Lets say you enter market at 10 then you set your pips that when the price move to about 20pips in my favour please lock my profit then stop loss jump over 10 & stays at 11, so if price reverse as a result of news or whatever, you still get the 1 pip advantage rather than be in red.

The way you use this with Rozay system is that, there will be no time retracement will go out of control for you. after you have established long or short in 4 hours you will go to 5M TF to get the right time for you to enter with the attached indicator. I will give you the parameter soon but before that; make sure if you want to buy: the two lines must, cross below the red dots/line & sell: the lines should cross from above green dots/line. Simple, just use 4 hours with 5 minutes then retracement problem will be solved, though not that you will not be having some nasty experience but this put you in 75% success. Parameters - 45,5,4 1st Stoch , 125,6,5 2nd Stoch. Click the link to see my chart.

Na today? The under written piece was initiated by me immediately after GEJ was elected. Anyone who is logical without any bias whatsoever would have seen the kind of president we are going to have. Even if you must be a thief as a leader your surbodinate must have that respect for you but when they perceive you as a paper tiger that is when they have the audacity to question you to your face and do whatever they like. Did you watch that presidential chat? If you say every word spoken by Mr president is intelectual enough then you have given me clue on the league you belong to.


I do not see anything GOOD in Goodluck, he is nervous, no confidence such character cannot lead a state like Nigeria of people with smart ideas who mostly channel them to crook ways. Everything he has done before the election is graft in cash and kind, even if a madman comes to pledge his loyalty, he will surely go with "egunje" Nigeria has been customized with corrupt practises and the mentality has been passed to the unborn, you are infected so am I. Most Nigerians do not know how to live a normal life without cutting corners; something must surely come besides salary, let me tell you, the root of all our problem in Nigeria is corruption. GEJ and his wife;Dame have sometimes been linked to EFCC harrassement, the reason they still walk around tall is the goodluck syndrome, we all know the story. The society is being characterised with corruption as a normal way of life and it is this society that produces the expected leader however starting like this will help us until we get to people that can lead and have zero tolerance for corruption.
Mr. Goodluck does not have these qualities and the antidote to the corruption's venom, he does not have(clueless). If BB were voted in, I am sure by now many of our flamboyant politicians including GEJ would have sought for asylum in another country, that is when you can see how the real EFCC can bite. I see him as the first Nigeria president ever that is not pragmatic, he always sees it the way he sees others seeing it. Mr. President should act like a man with authority.

Nevertheless, Nigerians have decided to put themselves in SELF SLAVERY for another 4 years. Logically, I do not see why the GEJ of a man is voted in; a man who depleted the inherited foreign reserves his predecessor has built over the years within the few months the baton of presidency was passed to him. I heard a gallon of kerosene now sells for N1,500. What is the hope of a common man. Where is our value. I want Nigeria to boil, some of these leaders have to go. Corruption has to be tamed now, I say now or else Nigeria is doomed.
