Vice president Yemi Osinbajo stated that unlike what viral rumors in media are insinuating, Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari is "very hale and hearty."
Osinbajo spoke to newsmen after a government and private sector meeting today in Abuja. The acting president cited that he informed Buhari whom he said is coming back to Nigeria "soon" about the nationwide anti-government protests held today.
Said Osinbajo: "The president is hale and hearty. I spoke with him this afternoon.
"He was interested in knowing what was happening with the economic plan.

My encounter with officers of Nigerian Police Force. I was just a passenger in a vehicle and they wanted to arrest me by force because they found money in my wallet. They wanted to take me to the station so they could look for an excuse to extort money from me but I refuse and this happened. They ended up extorting N5000 from me. Law enforcement officers with no regard for the rule of law!

A video shared by social media user Marvin Archangel shows the moment an ABuja lady went bonkers on her gym instructor while trying to damage equipments in the gym.
According to the unnamed woman, the gym opened at 6:25 whereas she showed up at 6:AM, the designated opening time of the the outfit. She then held an equipment which was said to be worth 2.7m naira and tried to smash it on the ground before being held back by the instructor who exchanged harsh words with the infuriated female.

We decided to go to ijebu ode through ikorodu and they stopped us for search, after we have showed them our papers, they demand for money and I asked them why we have to bribe them after they have checked our papers and we are cleared, he said I should shut up that who am I to ask him that kind of questions... And I said I am a journalist and not only me.. Couple of my friends that we work in the same office Also show him ID card.. We refused to give him and his boss( oga Jude) money and he said he will detain us and he said it that we shld ask about him very well I. This imota countless people he as jail on this same issue... I was seriously beaten and my driver was injured too.... According to the news I gathered from witness in imota they all say bad tins about this guy called akin...
