I CAN'T do it for that output though, I won't do it for tokenism For those who have issues reading long posts the summary of the above members opinion is simply detailed below : I am too self conscious or lazy to drive from 5am till 6pm daily to earn better than I currently do by carrying 22 different people from one point to another with my own vehicle It’s his opinion and he is entirely entitled to it |

Acidosis: Many e-hailing drivers obviously earn more than their passengers who earn salaries but have you considered the impact of a single policy on the e-hailing job? Uber partners should not be too comfortable. A single policy change from Sanwo-Olu and your job is gone. They have done it before with Oride, Gokada, etc., They can absolutely do it again. This one na ‘technicality’ abi wetin? there is no business that cannot by be affected by government regulations or policies. |

Install a good pop up blocker from play store and install it. Then set it to block all adds on your phone.
I recommend AdGuard pro, it’s a very good app. You can find it’s cracked pro version on google search.

Larry1960: How far pearl the Toyota Corolla 2010 sport and Normal Toyota Corolla 2010 which one is better . My guys say make I better go for Normal Toyota Corolla instead of the sport please which is better? Cos in intend to resell the car in 12Months time once I purchase it As Pearl already said, they are the same in and out except for the extra bumper and side skirts padding on the sports versions which make them kind of ride lower. Floods and bad roads can break or tear off these extra parts at anytime and when they fall off the driver usually never notices it until they park and come down meaning it might get lost forever. Buying replacements is very expensive too costing as low as N20k for each single piece of any of these parts that unfortunately gets missing. |

DZTech: hmm... brodaly, I hail o. you need to do lecturer work. omo, see treatise! twale baba. 🙌🏾 Highway passenger and cargo transportation is a segment I currently have an investment in. The routes we transverse are manly Lagos to the east coast with offices in Jibowu, iyana-School, Festac, Awka, Ekwulobia, Okigwe, Owerri, Enugu, Port-harcourt and Uturu. As the other member opined the seasons greatly affect this business but we have an advantage over private investors because we are a company so even if there is a shortage of passengers (due to seasonal demand) we can ‘fall seats’ and load up our vehicles with cargo (waybill items) and pay the driver his usual fueling and driving fees to take our consignments to their respective destinations. The only routes I know that always have steady patronage from intending travelers/passengers no matter the season or current fuel price situation are the Jibowu/iyana-school to awka/ekwulobia route because of the traders who regularly make their journey to and fro because of its proximity to the markets (alaba & tradefair) and their homes/shops in the east. Our vehicles carry emblems for Lagos, Delta, Anambra and Rivers states respectively at any time because we usually run around the interior cities in those states. Emblems are not an issue on the highway roads themselves as these council members are always on their prowl within the city roads. I can give you a more thorough breakdown of fees and prices for tickets and such as it goes in the market today for individual investors and how profitable it is in case you still feel interested in embarking on such venture. Good luck. |

Yesterday night I was on the front page Please take a moment to check on and pray for family and friends that have traveled out of the shores of this country blind and headfirst into the diaspora in search of greener pastures. Some went alone and some went with family but the general consensus is that it is not easy for any of them at all. Especially for those who sold every last bit of their property down to their socks just to afford the fare to relocate there I can think of one member who we can join hands to pray for even if he is currently single and without child.

donbrowser: It is easier to survive as a digital marketer in Nigeria than a counselor. There will be 20 digital marketing jobs available for 15 people while there will be 2 counseling jobs available for 20 people. If I find myself in the USA today, the first skill I'm picking up is test management. Understand your environment and make an opportunity for yourself. Not the answer I was looking for vis-à-vis the initial question I asked but I’d accept this anyway. You have tried for today let’s wait till another unfortunate member can’t hold his peace concerning tinubu’s doings again so I can call you out for another round of debate Have a nice day |

izzou: It is understandable if you advise the person to learn skills to survive.
But blaming them for something the have no control over? Habaa! It’s the way most Nigerians now behave. They have since forgotten that getting an education doesn’t necessarily mean acquiring the ability to just read and write but to be able to ‘empathize, think clearly and reason ways out of various uncommon situations we find ourselves in properly’ We will get there someday. I just pray for long life for all those who sincerely want better dazzall |

izzou: I know this guy personally. He has a degree in Electrical engineering.
He went to UK for Masters. Invented a low cost battery blah blah blah and he won an Innovation prize.
If he was here, we would have advised him to learn employable skills; either how to install solar panels, or Facebook Ads.
The same person that is not employable because of Educational psychology, take her abroad, she would achieve great strides, and the ones with employable skills would be hyping her on social media

izzou: So, we should scrap the Masters program from our curriculum?
A person with a Masters in Psychology does not have skills, right? What is psychology when there is carpentry, tailoring, welding, hairdressing etc etc according to some people here lol, see them saying ‘go and learn skills’ as if it’s by mouth. Just ten short paragraphs of information that I posted here yesterday and more than half of them couldn’t read past the first three paragraphs yet they are telling you to go and carry a book of at least five hundred pages and ‘read to cram’ in order to learn a useful skill. Nigeria and its present condition/situation is a direct mirror of our immediate society and its inhabitants. When Nigerians are ready to do good by each other is the only time we will begin to collectively witness progress. |

donbrowser: Anybody that's driving Uber with a masters should blame himself or his village people and not the government because there are jobs in Nigeria for skillful people and not masters holders. I currently work with 2 Nigerian firms as a digital marketer and I don't have a masters. I don't wait for the government to provide for me, you don't need a masters degree, you need skills. I understand what you’re saying perfectly bro.
