avalontony: JAMB JAMB JAMB!!!!!!.....those of u that think that you were no awarded ur correct scores, pls pick the question papers and go over them again. In Jamb questions u have related answers, that if u make a mistake in ur solving u will arrive at an answer which will make u think u got d right answer. Computer hardly make mistakes, dont think black answer sheet has never been graded by computer......they have test runned all this before, its not d first time jamb is conducting exam. I know how it feels to get a low score in jamb............. U can always try again.....this is not the end!!!!

Guy, ur reasoning is warped. Is it all questions that are calculations? I mean there are straight foeward questions and i know too many intelligent people that would smash jamb even if they didnt read yet they made nonsense scores. Jamb is too cheap now, something must be wrong like the op said.

Last year UNN reduced their aggregate cut off for many course because of abysmal failure in its post utme.
But i doubt if they will reduce in this case.

I am a sophomore. I just got fifty thousand naira I wouldn't need soon which I want to invest in something.
I wanted to fix it in Fidelity Bank so as to yield more interest but was told upon inquiries that I could only fix hundred thousand naira and above.
So I need pieces of advice on what to invest it in.
Can it get government bonds, treasury bills etc? (Pardon my ignorance).

I know the dough is just a pittance but if I leave it in my savings account, profligacy may creep in, coupled with the fact that I don't get any interest from the savings account.

DailyNews: It is certain that if you are dating a Nigerian girl in university or polytechnic or college of edu, and u urself the guy isn't in school, especially that same school, that she must definitely be cheating on you by running around with her school boys and working class guys....that one is certain, don't be fooled by whatever she may tell you cos you passed through high institution in Nigeria and ought to know left from right. My sincere advise to you is that, you should focus on your study particularly in ur 100L in order to have a solid CGPA. But when u get to 300/400L d presure wi be so high dat if you fail to hav a dates during dis period,u may not be able to concentrate anymore.

I'm in a dither about what to do. A student of a federal varsity in the east. Will be in sophomore by October. Just wondering if there can be serious pros or cons in having a girlfriend in school as I wouldn't want any thing to jeorpadise my academic success.
Additionally and for emphasis, can lack of same (girlfriend), impede one's interpersonal relationship in the outside world?
Furthermore, would it be a wise course to jettison same so as to face one's studies squarely.

I'm in first year in uni.
My original waec will have my real age when it's out.
Now I want to reduce the age a little bit (2yrs), how then will it work? Because if I decide to alter that through Birth cert, it will not tally with what will be written in the WAEC original cert.
Also, is age written in transcripts and other documents from unis?

Furthermore, how does age affect one in Job market?
