r231:there was a rumour then that interpol were looking for him & his details have been passed to the authorities of EU, UK, and the entire north america. his case was a serious case o! there was even a rumour that his dad got jailed too for perjury. he claimed he was the owner of the bentley or so. |
SirShymexx:i am not sure they were able to recover all his loot. he had chains of businesses in naija & that was why he fled from the category D prison he was kept. he cannot enter the UK or the US ever again. and you have to think he has several millions of naira hidden in naija to give up his freedom of movement. Idowuogbo:chaiii - you don read hadley-chase books tire. r231:it's always that way, isn't it? meanwhile, technically she should get more years in jail cos she was the one that abused her position of trust. women always get away with murder in the UK. SirShymexx:they hi-jack control numbers. tell their cousins to go find fake IDs to collect the money & they split the loot. all sorts scams go on with western union. |
SirShymexx:when you make the kinda money he makes, you would feel invincible. the gist was he had this white man in lloyds bank that was giving him bank details of their customers. he won western union customer of the year award from 2002 to 2005 ![]() |
SirShymexx:little wonder she got jailed! he went to jail that time cos she refused to take responsibility for her action. UK judges like a huge dose of remorsefulness from criminals. how can a 24-year old educated law graduate blame her stealing spree on her boyfriend? that defense is super-lame? i don't believe that was the case at all, the judge didn't believe her too hence the jail-term. r231:he's moved to lagos now. he ran away from an open prison where he was kept. he drives a maclaren benz in lagos now. he's the baddest naija guy - i heard gists that the feds had a video evidence of him spraying £50 notes on solek......i was told the judge asked the prosecutor if he was spraying naira or pound sterling notes. ![]() |
favoured234:i don't understand your point.... |
favoured234:how's that relevant? ![]() you mean 2 people commit a crime - but only one got convicted three different times & served the punishment while the other keeps evading the law by some supernatural means? ![]() you must be very intelligent. ![]() |
favoured234:of course....i can't be so sure. ![]() she stole in 2007, this man was part of it. she stole in 2011, this husband was also part of it. now, she's stolen again and this dude was involved yet again. meanwhile, only the woman got caught in the 3 different crimes. the man never got caught cos he's a supernatural being & the babe is so in love with him to the extent that she's ready to get punished alone for their crimes. you're a genius - einstein has nothing on you. ![]() |
SirShymexx:they have to keep up with the jonses... bunch of animals! they caught one nigerian a year ago. he had more cristal bottles in his fridge than any departmental store in the UK. And they don't get the same backlash like Nigerians. That's because they don't let greed get involved. They go for the big ones, and divert the money into wealth creation. Thus legalising the dirty money without excessive flamboyance like Nigerians.they wear 2 clothes per year. one for jummat on friday, the other for the rest of the week. they have a small grocery store as an alibi for their loot. Biggest heist in history.i thought as much at first..... then when evidence showed they kept going back for more diamonds then i figured it musta been people from 3rd world countries. they raided the jewelry store from thursday night till the early hours of tuesday morning. ![]() That just comes with greed. She used her company's card with her name like they won't even check. That's a lot of money, and it's very easy to find out what the card was used for and by who from the bank cos no bank would want to remit a huge sum like that without proper investigation. Greed always make folks do stupid things.she's a very lucky girl! her sentence was very light. |
this is ishilove's territory. ![]() |
ApexTitan:why are you surprised? 21st century women don't take any responsibility for their action. someone else must have cajoled them to behave badly. even after it was stated clearly the woman has had previous convictions of a similar offence, some folks still want to rope in her husband as an accomplice. i tire for women. |
Ralphlauren:i still dunno how she slipped through the net. her gender might have been a factor. her interviewer was probably smitten by her african "beauty". ![]() A very good/reliable system is World Check/World Compliance but the license doesn't come cheap. It picks up reported criminal convictions in almost every countryeven the "spent" ones? justwise:hahaha |
SirShymexx:trust me, they do! they remit a considerable amount of this loot to nigeria. it can even be argued that the pressure from the folks in nigeria forced her hands to steal. Indians and Pakistanis (Romanians to an extent) are the dons of heist and scam in the UK among foreigners. However, they don't get involved to the over-saturated, flamboyant, and brazen show of greed that Nigerians get involved with. They go for the big ones, and use it to create wealth in the most pseudo-legal way.nigerians are babies to indians/romanians. what do we know in comparison to these guys? all the VAT fraud in the UK are by indians. romanians are the expert of ATM fraud. i won't be surprised if the culprits of the heist during the easter break were romanians or indians. diamonds worth more than £200m were carted away without sweat. I think it was her brazen show of greed and insatiable quest to keep stealing that got the best of her. You don't rinse shiit where you work like that.she's an amateur! she should have involved a 3rd party unconnected to the company. like you said, her greed got the better of her. she wouldn't want to share with a 3rd party & decided to do it herself. |
Ralphlauren:CRB check cost money o! most of these companies don't bother. the best they would do is to run her name on the PNC & that PNC is very unreliable. i think it doesn't go further than the previous 2 years. justwise:don't mind them.... a woman who emigrated from nigeria is now british. she was probably born in abia state or near dokubo's village. how is she british? |
SirShymexx:we have responsibilities home & abroad. it's not easy. ![]() Even this chic got caught cos of her innate greed. Others would probably have done it a few times and stopped.she got caught cos she was stupïd. falsifying taxi receipts & forging signatures of colleagues are the epitome of imbecility. |
Ralphlauren:they don't really do any check..... she's had previous convictions in the past & yet got her way in an investment firm. she must be a sibling of james bond even though she's repaid the money stolen, she still got away with murder. at least she was able to use the money when it was needed. mya1:which her hubby must have coughed out.... |
SirShymexx:it's the same for all the minorities in the western world. indians, chinese, russians, south americans, etc are mostly rogues too. |
favoured234:how could they have been in it together when she stole the money in her workplace? does the hubby work in the same company? 4Play:ok, seen! she was a personal assistant.... it means she would be in charge of arranging transport & hotel accommodation for staff who are travelling on official trips. my problem with her is the way she perpetually steals from her colleagues & neighbours. i mean, who does that? fayose & ibori all started this way too. in the next 10 years, she would become a governor in nigeria. |
4Play:she's paid it back? how? i didn't read that in the article. |
£17,000 stolen, 200 hrs unpaid work as punishment. she's a very smart woman! ![]() |
johnjon:where did you see it? |
AdeLaNa1:it depends on what you are selling. lewandowski is the hottest property on PS right now. even his NIF card is hard to find. it's been 10 days now that i have been smarting to buy his IF card, no success. the card gets bought after 2 seconds of listing. i got there today several times at 59mins, 57 seconds and i still missed him. |
SailorXY:vidal & pogba are better options. de jong is a man city reject. we need a leader in the defence. jones might get sold, smalling got a new contract while jones got ignored - their contracts had the same expiry date. 2 defenders 2 CMs 1 striker. if de gea leaves, LVG must take one elite player off them as part exchange. kroos or james rodriguez would be very fine. i don't really want bale. |
qbd2:and who are the people enforcing this culture of elaborate celebration? the youths? who are the umuadas demanding undies & mac air laptops from bridegrooms? the youths? |
deucelaw:who doesn't game these days? either on consoles or phones, gaming is even more popular among the older generations. it's a mental exercise, i am gaming till my eyes give up. ![]() |
50calibre: |
deucelaw:PS is 1994. i think i got mine as a gift in autumn 1995. as at then, i thought there would never be a better invention. then PS2 blew me out of the water. |
raumdeuter:who else but nigel? he single-handedly ruined the world cup final against spain. he's a wrestler, not a footballer. |
haha... i can see my first playstation there. those days of ken & ryu. ![]() |
kaboninc:is sambarry not your babe? Stillfire:how many 21, 25 & 30 years of age women still depend on their parents to buy sanitary pads for them? leave age out of it when it comes to naija folks, abeg. they are all babies even at 30. ![]() |
kaboninc:me? i am a happily married man. you think i am still searching like you? ![]() |
kaboninc:that is no longer marriage! just call it slavery or human trafficking. ![]() |
JigsawKillah:coogar is always masked.... if you look deep enough on this forum, you would see my pics somewhere. ![]() |
