elampiro: How come about 2011? Also, note that Rooney doesn't have to score before his presence can influence the outcome of games. We see that this season. That is the sort of player he is. I used o tell people Amokachie was not an out and ou scorer, but the heat he will cause will cause opponents to crack.his presence does nothing.....the only reason a striker is on the pitch is to create or assist goals. what stüpid presence? if it's that easy, why play 11 players on the pitch? rooney alone should be able to beat teams 4-0. On the data, I wasn't looking at details as such so I missed that it was at of March. I only jumped to where Drogba, Rooney and Torres were given head to head comparison. If I were at home, I would do the computation myself from my usual sources instead of relying on already computed data.show us this data of yours - stop lying!!! you deliberately lied to cook up some dodgy stats thinking others won't pay attention. whenever rooney is concerned, i find it hard to believe you write in error. if we were discussing another player, i wouldn't have been bothered. The facts remain that without Rooney's injury, Drogba had no chance of overtaking Rooney in the score chart, then United should have won the league. Remember, Drogba offside goal was all the difference that season.that's a lie from the pits of hell..... injury or no injury, rooney had nothing on drogba that season. that was the season chelsea scored 100+ league goals. since that time, logic suggests rooney should have at least won a golden boot in his 10 seasons at old trafford. why hasn't he? was he always injured at the end of every season?? |
elampiro: You never show source, never.i only show source when my info is strongly disputed. Well, you should know the difference between an error and deliberate error. My source was giving analysis as of March 2010, which excluded stat of both Rooney and Drogba as at when Rooney started struggling with injury and was being managed. 'Cos I was busy, I didn't check to see it was a conditional analysis as I was also glad Rooney sat was better.it was a deliberate error. you aren't blind - you know a season ends in may, not in march so this was a deliberate attempt to lie to us about rooney's stats. I just checked again and I saw it was in exclusion of matches that. Came after the injury. Rooney was on 26 and Drogba on 22, then Drogba scored an offside goal at Old Trafford, and the realization Rooney was injured gave Drogba and Chelsea the advantage over Rooney and United.all these stories are irrelevant - drogba had a better goal/min stats than rooney in 09/10. whether rooney fell from a skyscraper or dislocated a knee while shaggïng a grandma is a còck & bull story. In Rooney's absence we lost to Chelsea at Old Trafford, drew shamelessly to Blackburn, then we lost the league by 1 point.silly excuses.... united beat spurs 3-1 while rooney was injured that season. rooney later played 3 more league games that season & he failed to register an assist or a goal. matter of fact, he didn't score any goal from open play until the new year of 2011. |
StarBoard: Interesting that someone who can't speak English is telling us about knowledge of the languageelampiro even lied about rooney's stats in 09/10. he told us rooney had 96min/goal but the lie detector sounded an alarm that mr rooney lover was telling another lie. elampiro: What is your source?what is my source? lololololol why not show us your own source that told you rooney had 95mins/goal & drogba had 105 mins/goal in 09/10 season? you think you can come here & lie bold-faced to score cheap points? |
afrodoc:it was done & dusted only after i destroyed your claim that he's a flat track bully. berbatov didn't start plenty of the big games against top teams in man utd. i analysed his number of minutes against top teams & his involvement was less than 20%. players on the bench cannot score goals, can they? suarez(according to your logic) is a flat track bully. don't run away from the logic you & elampiro cooked up in your laboratory. don't wait 2-3 seasons to declare him a flat track bully. berbatov became one on the back of one season(10/11). |
elampiro: 2009/2010.elampiro, stop lying. in 09/10, drogba scored a league goal every 96 mins rooney scored a league goal every 104 mins drogba had 13 league assists that season & rooney had only 5. |
Leyqute: Suarez is not playing in the Champions League. He is not competing against difficult defenders n better teams. He isn't worth 150 biko. Not even 50.elampiro is a hypocrite..... see how he's hyping suarez - "suarez is the best player in the league because he's leading the scorer's chart". when berbatov had a similar run in 10/11, these hypocrites claimed berbatov was a flat track bully. now let's look at suarez's credentials.... 3 league goals scored against the top 13 teams 16 league goals scored against the bottom 7 teams. 2 of the 3 goals suarez scored against the top 13 teams were against spurs(the weakest spurs team in the history of the premier league). so i ask, how was berbatov a flat track bully in 2010/11 & suarez is already the ballon d'or winner in the eyes of elampiro? |
elampiro: Suarez is the best so far. £50m-£60m at this time.£50m/£60m? we shall revisit this hypocrisy of yours when you wake up tomorrow. ![]() |
elampiro: Meanwhile, Suarez has to prove himself in two clubs and two leagues 'cos we know Torres traveled that road before.i am not interested in the yaya toure debate. i am just asking you what your thoughts are about suarez this season. is he the best player in the league? dayokanu: Yes so what? No wonder he was shipped off unceremoniously. A great great great midfielder who was chased out of Barca.arjen robben, boateng & javi martinez were all rejects of european leagues that are now cult heroes in the bundesliga..... |
elampiro: Yaya Toure is a champions league winner.elampiro, what's your take on suarez this season? how much is he worth in today's market & do you think he's the best player in the league so far? |
SailorXY: Forget that thingy chairmanjones in our midfield is the reason we serve nonsense football. jones cannot pass & his positioning is awful. fletcher is back, there's no reason to have jones in that midfield anymore. i saw someone comparing jones to roy keane & it made me laugh. keane was ultimate midfielder that could do everything. let jones hone his skills as a centre-half, that's his calling. when carrick gets back to his form, his other pair should be marouane & cleverley. players with technical ability are the cream, not the burly, often brainless bumbling oafs like phil jones. |
dademola: in ur opinion, jones is the solution to our mF problems, isnt it?jones is the problem in our midfield! |
elampiro: ^your football knowledge needs to be questioned. comparing carrick to jones? in what attributes? can jones ping a long raking pass from a deep position to start an attack? phil jones? he doesn't even know what being a midfielder is. he's just a roy keane parody - he plays there to foul people. carrick intercepts. interception>>>>>tackling. |
elampiro: ^^^vidic/rio were still very good in 11/12. rio was in the PFA team only last season so i dunno what you are talking about. obviously, they have become too old now & they have lost a yard of pace. your claim then that the absence of rio/vidic helped cleverley/anderson is a fraudulent claim. there's no getting away with that. elampiro: Jones a liability in the midfieldjones is a liability in the midfield...... he was the DM against newcastle at old trafford & we lost the game scandalously. what kind of a DM loses home games? he's not played in our last 2 games & we have won those games convincingly. i asked you a question but i know you can never answer it. how many games have we won with jones in the midfield but with the absence of rooney/RVP? ever since athletic bilbao beat us at old trafford, i knew jones can never make it as a midfielder. he's useless beyond useless in that position. |
elampiro: Something very interesting from my post of Jun 22-23.time hasn't proven you right - rio/vidic still gave 8/10 in 11/12 & 12/13 seasons. you cannot even compare their performance in those seasons to the shyte they serve these days. your articles were fraudulent. the discussion was avoid anderson/cleverley form in 11/12, this is 13/14. Some of the arguments in June. I tried to explain but everyone thought who is this new guy here trying to prove any knowledge of football analysis. I mentioned that SAF usually use young defenders whenever he had used Anderson and Cleverly (over 95% of the time if not 100%).another fraudulent assertion.... anderson/cleverley combo was in 11/12 - and rio/vidic were still producing good performances week in week out that year. rio made PFA team last season(12/13) so your claim to have seen this in 11/12 is fraudulent. Fast forward 5 months later, I my argument has been 'vindicated'.you have not been vindicated. united have won 2 games without jones away from home. hull had one of the best defensive records until we scored 3 goals on their pitch & norwich are no pushovers.....we got beaten there last season. Now the difference here with Jones is that Jones has won many matches with different defenders and midfielders across several stages. With Giggs as a pair, with Fedi behind, etc.cleverley has won many matches with different weak defenders, he's won many matches with giggs as a pair, etc. how many matches has jones won without rooney/RVP? none. when jones play in the midfield, we don't always win. there are more draws & losses than the victories. jones is a liability in the midfield. |
elampiro: The performance was too poor. Norwich for that matter. A team that has been bashed heavily by some other big teams. We were bullied in the midfield.you are talking nonsense..... we lost there last season with a stronger team. whenever you have one of rio/vidic in the defence, our midfield gets bullied. it's got nothing to do with jones. why weren't you shouting jones name when we beat hull 3-2 few days ago? jones ko, jonah ni. |
elampiro: He has won in similar poor line ups.and we didn't win today? giggs didn't start today? did jones play today or how did we win with a shyte line-up that excluded van persie, jones & rooney? |
elampiro: Face saving.and he's never lost? ![]() |
meracool: So Far Today...........elampiro has never won an argument here - the thing is he doesn't understand football & the dynamics. with the team that was out today, jones couldn't have done much to improve the play. football is a team game, you cannot be too simplistic & conclude jones in vs jones out. there are other factors to consider - the level of the opposition, starting lineup(the defence, the attack), the manager & the general tactical approach. so elampiro needs to brush up. |
the man in the picture is not cooking - he's serving himself. even the most anti-feminist man will go to the kitchen & serve himself.....a picture of a man peeling yams while the wife is watching khloe & kim would be more appropriate. |
dademola: hw many goals has welbeck scored for england??8 goals in 20 games. that's 40% strike rate & this is a player that has been shunted everywhere in games he didn't even start. |
dademola: a striker has a poor goalscoring record for his country, u say its because he works hard!! Lololol!welbeck has played on the left for england as well. hodgson used him like fergie did......besides, what's rooney's scoring record for england? |
