Black people are where they are today economically due to slavery and other events that followed but things have gotten better than they used to be. Blacks are now privileged to go to school through affirmative action and there are now many black millionaires and a few billionaires. Things are surely getting better. But there are some blacks that are either yet to get the opportunity that some have gotten or have just refused to make use of the opportunity. it's from these set of blacks that criminals are made. In every society the world over, criminals are often from poor backgrounds. You don't expect more whites to be in jail when whites fare better than their black counterparts.

The percent of blacks in jail should not be proportional to their population. It's commonsensical to note that blacks have been deprived for long and they belong to the lower class and therefore are more likely to commit crime. The police does not just go to black people's houses to arrest the. They commit crimes, that's why they're in jail.

taking alcohol is illegal in dubai - only licensed hotels and restaurants sell alcohol and one must have a license to buy. these women are not permitted to take any alcohol without a license so whether they are drunk or not is an academic point!
