elampiro: My co-nairalanders. Hear this, Coogar said United should always wait for opponents to score first. Any goal for an opponent spark us is meaningless.why are you incoherent? i said winning goals or equalisers when they are needed the most bear more importance than the first goal. Menawhile, Mr Coogar, Rooney has scored all kind of goals for United in his 9 years of service. Even two seasons ago he was banging in sensational winners.rooney has been rubbish for 9 years. with the amount of money he got at old trafford, he should be in the same echelon as ronaldo and messi. in their teens, rooney was obviously the better player. he was miles ahead ronaldo in 2004 and 2005. I think I am done with this argument. Football doesn't pay bills except for those involved directly.then why do you bother yourself about football? doesn't it beg the question? why did you register on this forum if discussing football does not pay your bills? |
elampiro: How can you say some goals are meaningless? Coogar!!!!some goals are meaningless - cantona did not score many goals with us but every goal he scored was important. an equaliser, a winner, etc. that's the difference!!! When City defeated United in a title decider at Ethihad in 2012 was there a goal before that? It was one nil.they were playing at home, they had to win. apples and oranges! If we hadn't score at White Hart lane, wouldn't we have been beaten at the end? The goal that broke the dealock in a derby or tough match is very important.if we didn't score at white hart lane, spurs would have been happier to see the game out as 0-0 instead of bombing forward to get a goal. at 1-0, they were in a losing position already with nothing to lose. it either ends 2-0 or 1-1. luckily for them, it was the latter. Chicharito scored inside one minute aginst Chelsea in a title decider and Chelsea never recovered from the shock in the match. He played nervously ever after until the second half. United needed just s draw to guarantee the top spot.yet again, apple and oranges. united were the home team unlike the game at the etihad where the home team is always expected to perform better than the away team. your analogies are way off the mark! As for Berbatov, yes, he is skillful and keeps the ball, but he does so very sluggishly. Who has time to waste?how fast are sheringham, zidane, del piero, robbie keane or even van nistelrooy? if a striker is as gifted as berbatov then why rush? rooney needs 4 touches to control the ball, berbatov needs one! |
Now tell me Is this an OFFICIAL VISIT made by Obama?... Mr Man, THINK WELL NOW, HABA!
that's not even the point.....michelle hasn't started shaking hands with anyone on those pictures. she would have waited for her husband to get in front of her to start the pleasantries. |
elampiro: In a match no goal is more important than others. Without Rooney's first two goals City should have beaten us 4-0 or 4-1 with the kind of pressure. The first goal was even more important 'cos it calmed us while City got shocked. When last did United went behind city in a league match and eventually won?there are meaningless goals in a match.....city wouldn't have scored 2 goals if we weren't leading 2-0 in the first half. it's a mind thing - when your opponents score, the minimum requirement is to equalise especially when you are the home team!!! Berbatov was not strong on the ball under pressure. He was only skillful with it on a spot, unlike Rooney who drives with it. Welbeck is strong on it too and drive but he lacks intelligence of play in the final third.berbatov is the toughest player to dispossess - you either foul him to get the ball or kill him to get the ball. he guards it better than anyone in the league and his technique controls the ball in such a way that his markers can't get the ball from him. rooney lacks this quality! |
elampiro: 1. The argument was not about lone goal or whatever. I was trying to let you know RVP scoring winners against City and Liverpool are nothing new. You ought not to have used that as a point.what do you mean by nothing new? there was little or no pressure when rooney got the first 2 goals. city then equalised and the tide of the game changed. RVP delivered in the dying minutes to win us precious 3 points and you are here chatting patois! cometh the hour, cometh the man goals are more valuable than just scoring goals that are meaningless! 2. Rooney is strong on the ball. The professionals have all said it. Period. Rooney passes are the most precise. Go and look at his exchanges Young, Giggs, Evra, Scholes, Carrick, Valencia, Rafael, Cleverly and Kagawa. He provided long trunks for RVP three time. It is mostly when Rooney and Danny Welbeck do one two touch it sometimes doesn't work out, 'cos Welbeck is more of a ball keeper than a passer. Rooney is the strongest in the ball and the hub of the team. He is in every single attacking built. I saw a clip the other day. Scholes and Rooney are in 90 percent in the built towards the goals scored in the matches they played in.what's the meaning of strong on the ball? who's more likely to keep the ball between berbatov and rooney? welbeck keeps it better than rooney. rooney is always the first to lose the ball. his football brain is nothing to write home about..... rooney losing a possession again in a one-touch football that involved 6 united players. look at his attempted pass for goodness sake.....how did he expect chicharito to get to the ball even if the pass wasn't intercepted? this just goes to show rooney lacks a football brain! |
elampiro: Lone goal. I meant he scored the only goal in the match and it ended up the match winner.2 lone league goals all season? lololol....RVP scored 2 hatricks where he was the only goalscorer and a lone goal against the hammers at old trafford. no comparison, RVP whitewashed rooney. Secondly, Rooney is the strongest man on the ball in United. That is his primary quality which world experts have acknowledge. Rooney is the only United player who can keep ball even when crowded or tightly marked. The other persons closed to him are Welbeck, Giggs and Carrick. RVP that loses balance once trying to control ball in the middle, always trying to shift it to his left. He and Chicha are the same.rooney is the most careless with the ball. he cannot keep the ball. opponents take ball from him, his passes are more likely to be intercepted and his dribbling is worse. stop lying to us, biko! |
elampiro: So it is no longer assist but key passes and excellent link up? OMG!!!!!! RVP is the worst striker in EPL when dropped behind.he's better than rooney in the hole and as a centre forward. his control of the ball is better than rooney's. rooney is a street footballer, he was poorly trained as far as keeping the ball is concerned. RVP will have to chase Rooney's 27 EPL goals. But this is even off the point of argument.27 EPL goals with no golden boot to show for it. RVP has won back to back golden boots. rooney would have to match that before he can play as the arrow head. The day RVP goals will dry up, he will be finished as a footballer. Unlike Rooney whose versatility allows him to boss a lot of positions from midfield to attack.he can never be finished as a player. he's got amazing technique to weave his way around his markers. he's got more football intelligence than rooney. RVP squandered many goals in FA cup against Chelsea and also a principal culprit of same offence in the two legs against Madrid. One on one with the goalkeeper he couldn't score in Madrid and at the Bridge.no one squanders more chances than rooney. he's too hot-headed to calmly place the ball where the goalkeeper couldn't reach. he just blasts the ball - one of the reasons he was demoted from taking penalties for the team. You mentioned he scored winners against City and Liverpool. Who scored the first two against City? Rooney. Rooney also scored some lone goals which won us matches even from his deep role.some lone goals? lololol - how come these loan goals failed to get rooney 15 league goals in the season? rooney's goals were far and few between. the deep role is a silly excuse, michu scored plenty of goals from the same position. |
sephia: We don't need that overrated log of wood who has passed his prime. If he must come then he shouldn't cost more than 10 mil and no exchange deal included.£10m for rooney? lololol you can't get him less than £20m. he has 2 years left on his contract at £10m/year. then his image rights would come to play. rooney moving to chelsea means adidas is stealing one of nike's most-prized possessions. then you have to add the british player factor into it moving to a rival club. without mata in the deal, rooney's move to chelsea could cost around £50m - £60m. |
elampiro: How is it a lie? 5 league matches, 2 champions league matches and the FA cup is that not 10 matches. I got that from an official EPL site and I verified the info.the info is dodgy as it didn't tell the whole story.... he did not play more than 30 mins in any of the FA cup ties. he was a 2nd half substitute in all the matches contrary to your claim that he was left on the pitch throughout.... that is a white lie.... Even if you were to remove the FA cups matches he didn't start as usual, is it not poor for a lead striker to have 1 assist and 0 goal in seven matches? Yet he was kept on the field all through without substitution.it's not poor - up until then, he had scored countless goals that had dug us out of trouble. winning goals against liverpool(anfield), city(etihad), etc. he won the golden boot in his debut season for us - rooney was the main striker in 09/10 and 11/12, what did he win? elampiro: At a certain (current) period last season, RVP could not score or assist yet he kept playing till the end while goal scorers were substituted. But Fabville felt it was ok for Rooney to be benched after only one match against Everton. Relate both.the difference is rooney was unfit and didn't look like scoring. when RVP wasn't scoring, he was providing key passes with an excellent link-up play. |
toshmann: No jokes.this is another reason women should never have been allowed out of the kitchen. whose idea was it that all the jurors should be women? 5 caucasians + 1 hispanic - they were all mothers and yet they could not convict zimmerman and get justice for trayvon's mother...... america is such a joke - and yet they keep screaming land of the free. more like land of slavery where one's skin is judged instead of the content of one's character. trayvon was shot dead because zimmerman was irritated of his skin. meanwhile, in hawthorne, california.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iw60xpDbpns |
elampiro: I guess you meant RVP. RVP 5 league games without a goal, then 1 assist.this is another lie from the pits of hell, RVP did not start in those 3 FA cup-ties against reading and both legs against chelsea. |
elampiro: 5 league matches, 2 champions league and three FA cup. Only 1 assist, 0 goal.this is a lie......the longest rooney went without a goal in the league was 3 games(villa, norwich and qpr) and he produced one assist. the other barren run was for 3 league games(reading, sunderland and man city) and he produced another assist too. |
elampiro: RVP, 0 goal and 1 assist in ten matches and he was not substituted at all. Haba. Even guys who scored the goals that period were substituted.what period was this? RVP went 10 league matches without a goal? that's a big lie... RVP = New wife treatment.he should take his anger with him and fück off to swansea fc. |
elampiro: Are you kidding me? In just two matches he had three assist. ...Vs Norwich, he gave Kagawa two assists, against Villa he gave RVP a telling pass. So does it mean these were all his assists? And he had his goals too.2 + 1 = 3 so how have you countered my claim? the ones you mentioned were the only 3 assists rooney had from the 1st of january till may. 3 league assists from a player drawing £250k per week, it's quite pathetic..... as for the goals, he only scored 5 league goals in the second half of the season. is that what we should have a party about? |
elampiro: Rooney had more of his assists and goals in the 2nd half of the season. And he had the lone goals in some difficult matches we won 1-0 in the second half.this is a lie.... rooney only had 3 league assists in the 2nd half of the season, van persie had twice as many in the same period. |
why dont you give more detail, this is too sketchy. explain more, how do you and your husband have s.ex, which positions, how does he insert the thing, do both of you enter by various routes in your body, etc etc.
why don't you rent pörn DVDs if you want graphic description? who would have thought our one & only spiricoco could ask such lewd questions. yikes, it's the end of the world.... |
elampiro: So in your opinion, Rooney was pushed backward from the striking role because he didn't score against Everton? So what about those 10 matches RVP had goals drought and Rooney scored some crucial goals even from a supporting role?when RVP wasn't scoring, he was assisting.....rooney did neither when his form went to shyte. rooney's bottom level is the worst i have seen in the premier league. when rooney is having a bad day, it's awful to watch. rooney is a liability, time to cut our losses. |
fairygeh: . I was going to ignore you before but I see something has eaten deep into you?eeya did you just lose your job?did sumone just break your heart?or are you simply tired of this world?Yeah people think I am still an undergraduate cos I look good and young.spoken like a ruminant animal with a splinter in her sphincter. you must have a very worrying level of self-esteem to come online and start bragging about your mgbeke looks. if i access my third eye, the results would show you are from a cassava background! sleekdot: ^^ We your husbands dey wait you for Europe.how can that be when we now have bayern killer(shinji) at old trafford. the moment he left dortmund, bayern won the title. when he was there, dem born una well? |
I miss football. ![]() But this coming season is going to be long and hard for us.
i like the uncertainty it brings - the adrenaline would rush to the head. we just need to fix the midfield and add another quality striker and we are good to go..... so much has been made about SAF's exit but this is united we are talking about. the firepower and the quality have not left us. by the time we destroy wigan 5-0 @ wembley, our dignity would be restored. |
fairygeh: .i think the problem is with you. you hide behind a dusty dell desktop to talk crap about a fellow woman. how macho of you? if you see in her in the real world, would you have the chutzpah to say 10% of the nonsense you have ptyalised? i think you need some soul searching. you graduated 3 years ago and people think you are still in 300 level? you are either emaciating or you are infected by the virus. get help!!! |
fairygeh: . You are a either frustrated or simply looking for someone to pick on but guess what you can go on ranting like a mad dog that you are.why should i pick on you? i don't even know you exist until your idiotic comments flashed across my eyes. Just tell me you wanna see my pretty face, hahahahahaha.falafel face in ur dreams.empty barrel makes the loudest noise.... |
fairygeh: .spoken like the product of an incestous union. is it that you have fluff in your ears or you are simply recto-cranially inverted? did you read my initial post?I said Regina Askia when she was still in her prime was beautiful than most beauty queens we hve nowadays.oh pls you don't wanna pick on me tonight.pick on you? who picks on fecal matter? you are here talking a good game about yourself but if we ask you to show your face, i would likely see a falafel face. |
debosky: Which kain yeye significant authority? how many titles has he won? SAF had authority because of his achievements, which DM still has to build up.moyes and rooney have some history.......there's no way rooney would allow himself to be managed by moyes. moyes knew what's he doing when he made that comment. the hamstring injury was also stage-managed. i expect the fat boy to be gone before august. we should exchange rooney for torres.... |
fairygeh: ^I wonder why some people are so jobless.you realy think i got the time to be forming on a faceless forum? Seriously my post wasn't directed to you in the first place so you might like to mind your business.if you knew regina askia in her prime, you would be embarrassed at your comments on this thread. at your best looks, you would be her shoemaker. |
Andre Uweh: Skygo is amazing, but it won't let one watch chelsea fc TV, or Man U TV. This channels are very helpful especially during the pre and post seasons.chelsea fc and MUTV are things you can do without. besides, they basically repeat the same programmes like every 3 hours. you can always come back home and catch up on what you missed. if i leave SKY, then i would lose my SKYGO...i cannot afford that! |
montelik: I am not talking about on the pitch, but off it. Why do you think we in the past kept aging veterans even when they rarely played (e.g Robson, David May, Irwin, Bruce). I am meant what he can bring off the pitch in his player/coach position.they should all be sacked - they tend to get sentimental about decisions at old trafford. hell, this is man utd, the biggest football institution on the planet. we have been reduced to bidding for baines and doing part-exchange to sign mata. i have even forgotten we were last season's champions with the whole gloomy atmosphere moyes has created. teams that were better than us last season have all made giant strides signing quality players while we are still acting like an lumbering oaf suffering from creeping neurosis. the best summer we have ever had was in 2007 when carlos queiroz ensured we signed nani, hargreaves, anderson and tevez!! |
montelik: I just hope all of our players are ready for war. Whatever happens those first 2 months of the coming campaign will tough, and the media are circling like vultures to do best to blast us off course. This is where the likes of Giggs will be useful, with his wealth of experience, knowledge of the club and top draw professionalism.the likes of giggs? yet again? you guys have not learnt your lessons. the derby at old trafford and the west brom game should tell any football fan giggs should never play for us again. experience is overrated. if it is, luiz ronaldo wouldn't be world's best player at 20. |
has rooney been sold yet? |
homesteady: I'm sure many people will agree to this!!it should be illegal for you to procreate! |
