finally, rooney scored another goal via penalty against braga in the champions league in 2012. the match ended 3-1 to man utd.

that's 6 penalties scored in all competitions by rooney outside the premier league. my math tells me if you add 6 to the 13/14 penalties scored in the premier league, the answer is not 17 like you foolishly claimed.
