ElFenomeno1:the wage issue is the reason why he gets criticised. if he was earning £50k a week, none of us would care if he scores or not. to whom much is given, so much more is expected. |
freecocoa:surely, that must be timbuktou. i knew it - you and that guy were in cahoots all this while - una romance is legendary! ![]() bodashee:so you are saying you wouldn't schtup christian gray if he asks you for a night of passion? ![]() That's a valid hypothesis.hehe! never knew you were carnivorous.... |
ElFenomeno1:of course, tougher tests lie ahead. he was magnificent last night but i want to see more of this in the BPL where we don't have dunce defenders like brugge FC. your grandma would have scored a hatrick against that defence last night as well. all the goals were put on a plate for him. |
ElFenomeno1:if he hasn't made intelligent runs until last night then my assertion before the game was correct. maybe, he has been spoken to by LVG to make more runs into the opponent's box. you were the one that said his team mates don't create enough chances for him and yet rooney scored 3 times from a 1v1 with the goalie........brugge are a shyte team although you still have to beat what's in front of you.....but tougher tests lie ahead. he took his chances well last night and that was because his movement was on point in comparison to the shyte he had served in the last 6 months or so.... be that as it may, he still does not completely offer us what we need in a number 9 for this team. he does not run the channels, his first instinct is back and not forward. he still has a very poor first touch. he still can't beat a man. herrera's goal last night was a perfect example. you can see the difference between rooney and herrera who is not even a #9. i ain't talking about space and what the movement of both players did but just the mind-set. herrera was looking to run in behind the back line whereas rooney wanted to move back to help the midfield. ElFenomeno1:depay is 21, in a new team and he's still finding his feet. rooney is a vet, a striker and he gets paid one of the highest wages to find the back of the net. surely, there's a difference between the two but a pederast like yourself won't see it from inches away. |
ElFenomeno1:here he goes again with his vacuous reasoning and daft assertions. a hatrick after 10 barren games against one of the weakest teams in europe and the past is suddenly forgotten? how do you manage to accomplish day to day activities with this bottom level IQ? how do you even manage to navigate to your wife's tampon socket. you appear as a man with no sense of direction - did your momma drop your head on a concrete pavement at any point in your childhood? |
Pataki:this is an intelligent observation from a rival fan. if only el-feminine can be this smart.......this is what too much weed does to the nervous system of a prepubescent loser. like i was saying last night, a striker that runs into the box will always get chances. compare his performance last night to the times he was making just 1 touch in the opponent's box. pataki, you have now been conferred as the lord patron of all the gooners on this forum. while you are at it......please tutor el-feminine. you might want to take him to a rehab first and foremost to detoxify him. he's inarguably the dullest poster on this section of the forum. his life, like his personality, is chaotic and it's in constant conflict with itself and those around him. |
JigsawKillah:this weekend? goshikid:you don't even qualify to spar with me, let alone be in the same ring with me. when i call out, i am talking to netcees with spine.....not an octopus like yourself with no bone in your body. scram before i spit scenic saliva in your cornea. |
freecocoa:#i have a feeling, that tonight is going to be a gooooooooooooood night! ![]() I just realised men and women have different definition of who a bad or nice guy is(even that is still subjective), 50 coins is not a bad boy in my book, he is a thug and that's a no no, Barack Obama is a bad guy, really sexy.when i say bad, i don't mean the street urchin with no future ambition. i mean guys that are alpha males.....someone like christian gray. ![]() bodashee:you eat corn and native pear? what are you? a vegetarian? ![]() |
saintwill:there's no width in city's left side too.....silva or whoever that plays there cuts in as well. football has evolved, the full backs should provide the width when we are attacking. the reason we don't create enough is because the lead striker does not stretch the defence. the lead striker should be running towards the opponent's goal while managing to keep onside. by this, the defenders would follow his run and this would create space at the edge of the box for the floating 3 behind rooney to operate. when mata or depay has the ball, rooney runs towards them cos he gets too attracted to the ball.....that is what is stifling our attack. immediately chicharito entered the pitch on saturday, the thrust of the attack changed wholesomely cos he's the type to stretch defenders. rooney is too fat and too slow to stretch or threaten any defender. wilson would offer us more bite than rooney can do these days cos he lacks the pace. even strikers without pace can become a target man.......by receiving passes with their back to the goal, holding the ball till the support arrives and playing a pass into the box. rooney cannot do any of these things. he's the poorest player in the BPL when it comes to short intricate passes, his first touch is zero and he cannot control any ball thrown at him. |
ElFenomeno1:considering the fact that this same wayne earns £300k/week, he should score goals anywhere he finds himself on the pitch. he's a natural striker already.....all he needs to do is to roam forward when it's safe to do so and then bang in the goals. he's been playing the #9 position consistently now since we tonked newcastle in february.....from that time, he's only scored 2 goals in 14 games in total. 2/14 from the centre forward position and you are here disgracing your family name and dragging the credibility of your dilapidated college in the mud. All I am saying is that excerpt shouldn't be used as a yardstick for measure....falcao has a better record as a CF than rooney......that's exactly the point! 2 goals in 14 games altogether suggest rooney is more of a liability than you are to your parents. ![]() |
hensben:how so? pedro is in the same category as januzaj. they both scored a deflected shot. how's pedro better than all utd forwards? when he scores a goal as brilliant as depay's you can send us a memo. till then, pedro = januzaj. ![]() |
freecocoa:so you actually want me to share the bed with you? why all the shakara before? ![]() you're not serious. Btw, you missed shymex's thread on bad boys Vs nice guys.topic has been done to death. bad boys always win. nice guys are only required when the wedding bells toll. by then, the bad boys have eaten all the valuable nutrients and what is left for the nice guy to take are just scraps. |
saintwill:your brains are lagging behind, bro. rooney should shoulder all the responsibility in that attack. he's the arrow-head. it seems you people don't know the function of a centre-forward. everything in that area of the pitch should naturally go through rooney. you have a striker who cannot make the ball stick to his feet, a striker who cannot hold the ball long enough to allow runners breeze past him and he cannot tread an intelligent pass in the form of a through ball to feed his runners. on top of that, rooney is now too slow to receive the ball either aerially or on the ground. rooney has no pace again to get behind the opponent's defence line or play the last man. he has lost all these attributes so how exactly do you expect us to score? rooney is part of the spine of the team in that position and when the head is infected with a virus, it would affect the other parts of the pitch. man utd are fine until they get to the final third and the attack breaks down whenever rooney gets the ball. defenders find it very easy to play against rooney cos he offers zero threats to them. Even you coogar if you play barca's no9 u are assured of 10+ goals a season but with the way we play even cr7 as a no9 will struggle..... our attackers are not creating chances for the striker.....We are generally poor in attacking.......i'm not justifying rooney but i think it was this kind of football that added to the diminishing two ( if i must say "good"CR7 as #9 will not struggle cos he's always on his toes. the moment his team mates get the ball on their feet, CR7 is running towards the opposing centre-halves. those are the scenarios that create chances. in rooney's case. he runs towards the ball instead of running towards the opponent's goal. without a player taking the risk of running towards the opponent's goal, chances cannot be created. have you watched aguero this season and how he always seem to always level with the last man? that's how to be a centre-forward. ![]() ElFenomeno1:you're a disgrace to football analysis. in those 9 months, rooney played as a centre forward. so your excuse for his lack of goals is because he was played deeper? how does yaya toure score goals then? when we call you a big dunderhead now, you would start acting like a female on her most painful period. |
JigsawKillah:fight till death doth us part.... ![]() |
freecocoa:don't worry na, i will come. buy 2 bottles of guinness and we can sort out the sleeping arrangement when i arrive. ![]() freest cocoa.... ![]() |
so no one is man enough to face the coog in the battle ring? i am disappointed! ![]() |
daily mail don craze! ![]() wayne rooney has scored just one away goal in nine months and in that time has earned £8m |
freecocoa:sharing? i cannot share a bed with a virgin. it's a risk. ![]() |
freecocoa:gentlemen don't sleep on the floor. just make sure you buy 2 bottles of guinness...... ![]() |
freecocoa:sleep on the floor? na yam? ![]() |
freecocoa:tonight? does that mean i am sleeping over? i have to say i am the luckiest man alive. ![]() |
SailorXY:when rooney plays as #9 and fails....his fans say rooney needs to play as #10 when rooney plays as #10 and fails...his fans say rooney needs to play as #9 when rooney plays in the midfield and fails.....his fans say rooney needs to play as #9 rinse and repeat process..... ![]() |
freecocoa:i still owe you? that's a small issue na. i can always come around to pay my debt. just name the time and place and i'll be there. ![]() |
freecocoa:you don't want me to laugh? ![]() |
saintwill:your analysis would have made plenty of sense but rooney hasn't found the net as a striker in the last 10 competitive games. reframe your analysis to capture the last 10 competitive games that aguero, giroud, costa and harry kane have played for their respective clubs and tell us what you find from it. that should be a very simple task for you. ![]() |
AdeLaNa1:he's the only striker in the world that is allowed to start the season with weight or fitness problems. he's the only striker who has consistently been shyte when going to anfield or goodison park. the media have led us to believe rooney can never play well in those 2 matches season after season and the fans have swallowed that line for aeons - he should be asked to refund some of his wages for his poor performances in 90% of those fixtures over the years. how can a so called elite striker raking in £300k/week fail to find the net in 10 competitive games for man utd? it's an effing disgrace. if LVG isn't a silly man, he should have binned rooney since. kagawa didn't go on such a shambolic run of games before he got the boot. rooney's captainship for man utd and the 3 lions shouldn't make him immune to criticism. the media are blaming his team mates for the drought when it's obvious the player has lost everything required to be a top class centre forward. |
afrodoc2:in other words, nyabinghi is not in a right frame of mind? whyyyyy? whyyyyy have you guys decided to go ham on nyabinghi? it's not fair.....he's someone's wife and perhaps someone's father. make una take am easy with him. ![]() |
StarBoard:how is the player not the problem? it's one thing for a player to be out of luck.....hitting shots on target that the goalie seems to be catching or hitting the post. if that was the case, i wouldn't even flinch one bit. the fact is rooney is not even making himself available to take shots on target. he has the fewest touches in the box in the entire league, so how's he meant to score when he's not even in the position to take shots on target. including a tail-less monkey who claims to have posed his masters academic gown when he barely made it out of school with a first degree.dayyyyyyyyyyummmmm! ![]() |
bodashee:what else would you pray about? we all know what you will be praying about na. ![]() |
AdeLaNa1:without a doubt, his clean sheet mode would be fully operational tomorrow...... the stats don't augur well with captain rooney. 12.04.15: City (H) - 90 min 18.04.15: Chelsea (A) - 90 min 26.04.15: Everton (A) - 88 min 02.05.15: West Brom (H) - 90 min 09.05.15: Palace (A) - 45 min 24.05.15: Hull (A) - 90 min 08.08.15: Spurs (H) - 90 min 14.08.15: Villa (A) - 90 min 18.08.15: Brugge (H) - 84 min 22.08.15: Newcastle (H) - 90 min 857 minutes since his last United goal. That's 14.28 hours. |
sinizia:he's probably playing nepotism with blind. blind has lost his place in the midfield and he has to somehow play him somewhere in the team. it seems shaw has rediscovered himself lately and rojo is also there to fight for that LB position. the only other position is the CB where you have camels like phil jones and evans. to LVG's credits, blind has worked perfectly in that position but i fear for him when we play beastly teams like citeh, liverpool, etc. benteke and costa would eat blind like guguru. ![]() funlord:their transfer embargo does not stop their existing player to sign a new deal. even with their embargo, they signed arda turan but he will not play till their ban gets lifted. barcelona have the best team in the world, the others are just struggling. that useless benitez won't win shyte for madrid. he should have bought aguero to stand a chance in competing with barca's front 3. benzema is shyte! |
