Bassey blasts his penalty over the bar

Please if we lose, you guys should take it easy on whomever missed their penalty.

Great last-minute save from Nwabali. That was amazing.

Congo have substituted their goalkeeper for possible penalties

Tolu Arokodare who came on as a substitute has been substituted 🙆🏽‍♂️

This luck won't happen everytime.

See the chance that Tolu Arokodare just missed.

Of what use is his height if he can be so poor aerially. Na wa ooooo

Afobear:
You will cry today

Tears of everlasting joy, definitely 😊

I have a feeling that we'll score a late goal.

We're lucky that the Congolese players aren't taking advantage of their chances.

Tolu's hold up play has been so poor. He doesn't know how to use his height and size to our advantage.

Mesheck, the goalscorer for Congo has been substituted.

jihday:
Mayele is better

He has looked quite active since coming on.

MetalJigsaw:
So its still unclear why Victor left..

Very unclear. It was the substitution that even reminded me of what I saw.

Bakambu has been substituted. Nigeria and Congo have now removed their main Centre Forwards.

We've been so lucky since the match against Gabon. The referee just waved off another penalty that would have been given anywhere else.

I noticed that Osimhen didn't join the players to pray after the first half ended. He was talking to someone (from the bench possibly) before the camera showed Lookman going to pray with the players. I highly doubt that's the reason he was subbed off though.

Congo have equalized. Bakambu dey play sha.

Onyekkkkkkkka!!!!!!!!

Osimhen scores another. Good one

Osimhen finally scores. He used Ejuke's finishing technique

Osimhen finally scores. He used Ejuke's finishing technique

Ejjjjjjiiiiiikkkkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

At least, this time no one will blame Osimhen's teammates for not creating enough chances for him. If he had scored all the chances created for him today, we would have been 4:1 up by now.
