If you don't know history of something, you keep quiet or you do a research about it, you don't come online and be writing things you know nothing about.

what history are you talking about? Lagos is just like New York City in America, very diverse and almost all races from all corners of the world will be found in NYC But that doesn't mean NYC belongs to everybody in the world. It is solely for the United States. Lagos might accomodate all ethnic groups in Nigeria but is still YORUBALAND simple not everybody land. Is KANO,JOS,PORTHARCOURT,AKWA IBOM,ENUGU everybody land?

Since atheists reject God and His divine guidance, as well as revelation, I would like them to tell us the source of their morality.

What guides your conscience when it comes to good and evil? Is your moral framework subjective or objective? What is the foundational basis of your morality? How do you determine what is right or wrong? Is your morality dynamic and relative to time, location, and circumstances?

As a believer in the scriptures, my morality comes from the bible. If the Bible says an act is wrong, then it is wrong irrespective of external opinion or societal validation of such an act.

To the atheist, if you think a behaviour is immoral but society considers it good, how do you justify your stance? What makes you think your judgment is better than that of the majority?

How do you even know what is good or bad as a principle? For example, do you think fornication or homosexuality is evil? Do you think transgender identity should be considered moral? Do you think pride and lying are things that should be frowned upon? What even makes suicide or euthanasia wrong?

Atheists, do you think it is okay to indoctrinate your children with your morality, or should they be left alone to discover their own?
If your 16-year-old daughter starts taking contraceptive pills so she can have sex with her boyfriend, would you frown at it? On what grounds would you consider her behaviour immoral?

If your 21-year-old son tells you he is gay and wants to marry his partner, will you wish them marital bliss or attend their wedding if invited? If you object to such a union, where is that morality coming from?

If your 18-year-old son tells you he is transitioning to become a woman and plans to undergo surgery, on what grounds would you tell him he is wrong?

Why would it be wrong if your 25-year-old daughter tells you she does not plan to get married but intends to have children with different men and raise them without a father figure?

I am certain many atheists would struggle with some of these situations. No atheist here on nairaland will attend the wedding of his gay son or celebrate extramarital pregnancy of his daughter.

The truth some atheists conveniently ignore is that all moral frameworks in society have historically been influenced by religious traditions. People draw from these values in how they live their lives, build families, and relate to their communities.

Yet, some reject the existence of God while still engaging with moral ideas that have been shaped by religious thought.

This is something I reflected on years ago, and it led me to question whether atheism provides a sufficiently grounded explanation for morality or its simply delusion in disguise.

I would appreciate if atheist can give a convincing rebuttal as to the source of their morality independent of an imaginary sky daddy as they say.

It is true that modern laws were influenced by religion, but religion itself was influenced by the human empathy that preceded it. Religions didn't "invent" the idea that murder is bad; humans figured that out so they wouldn't go extinct, then attributed the rule to a God to give it more authority.

The claim that an atheist would "struggle" with these scenarios assumes that all humans share the same "innate" religious discomfort. However, many atheists truly do not view homosexuality or single motherhood as "wrong" because they cannot find a victim in those scenarios.

In truth Atheists don't need a "Sky Daddy" to tell them to be good; they use reason to see that being good makes life better for everyone. If the only thing keeping a person from committing "evil" acts is the fear of God, an atheist would argue that person isn't actually moral—they are just a "controlled" person. An atheist does good because it is the right thing to do for their fellow human beings.

I will never understand why Tsimikas was substituted for Milner and why Arnold is still playing at right back and not midfield. Now that we know what the Avengers are up against, it is time to start comparing the predecessor with the successor. How strong is Kang against Thanos of the MCU? Let’s find out.

In The Final Episode of Loki, Loki and Sylvie make it to the End of Time. In the Void, they defeat Goliath and enter the Citadel of Time, the bastion of He Who Remains. He Who Remains controls the TVA and is responsible for the upkeeping of the Sacred Timeline. It is revealed that he is in fact a Kang Variant who is doing all this to prevent his other, more dangerous variants from wreaking havoc. When Sylvie kills He Who Remains, she inadvertently unleashes a shockwave that branches out the universe into the multiverse. Loki finds himself back in the TVA HQ, and comes to realize a Kang variant has taken control of all time.
But is Kang stronger than Thanos? Or is he just really good at pulling the strings from behind the scenes? For a majority of the MCU’s movies, we only have glimpses of Thanos. He too is a master at manipulating people and influencing events without getting his hands dirty. But when the need of the hour was for him to jump into battle, Thanos showed everyone who’s boss. He was stronger than the Hulk, more tenacious than Thor, and better focused than Captain America and Iron Man at realizing his end goal. It took the Avengers to fight him twice and literally jumping through hoops across time to end his reign. Thanos did some irreparable damage to the MCU, things that could never be undone.

A battle fit for Gods. Kang vs Thanos....

Like we said, Thanos is a formidable opponent. Even without the Infinity Stones, he proved more than a match for Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man’s powers combined. He took on the entirety of the Avengers and he almost came out victorious. Kang has big shoes to fill. Is he as durable, smart, quick on his feet, and strong as the Mad Titan?
We have to understand that the comparison is unfair, being made on uneven grounds. Although both are supervillains, Thanos is an Eternal with access to Godlike abilities. On the other hand, Kang is just a normal human being. The only ability he has is his superior intellect. Using that, he gains time travel capabilities and access to advanced technologies from all time periods and alternate timelines. After all, if you look at it from an angle – Kang always knew about Thanos while Thanos may have never even known Kang existed. If Kang wanted to, he could use his resources to end Thanos before he even got his hands on one Infinity Stone.
If played to his strengths, the fight between Thanos and Kang would be pretty one-sided. On one hand there is a juggernaut of a Titan who only knows how to use brute force tactics with little to zero knowledge of whom’ he’s facing. Kang knows Thanos’ every move. he has seen it all, heard it all, experienced it all. If Kang and Thanos do fight, it will be on Kang’s terms and since he controls all of time, Thanos loses easily. Remember this – Thanos did pull off Godlike feats. But he was only doing what Kang intended him to do. Kang’s access to time travel is his greatest trump card. The Avengers defeated Thanos by using crude time travel technology. For Kang, using time travel technology is just another Tuesday night. So in a fight between The Mad Titan & The Conqueror, Kang wins fair and square. So as much as you would like your favorite purple alien warlord to take this one, the outcome, should we dare say, is inevitable.
Kang The Conqueror is an enemy unlike anything the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes have ever seen. He is about to do things beyond your wildest imaginations.
