Very strong words from the governor. I’m not an Atiku supporter but I think there is a need to tune down some of these rhetorics so as not to overheat the polity. All hands should be on deck to fashion out a lasting solution to the security problems confronting us and not politicize it.

Btw, Gov Ortom and other turncoat PDP governors should waste no further time in declaring full support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. He is the only nationalist in the race who will carry everybody along in ensuring national peace and security. He will stabilize the polity, settle all primordial disagreement, revive the economy and set the country on the path of shared prosperity. He’s the best bet for Nigeria at the moment.

How we wish Democracy in 1999 started with a man like President Muhammadu Buhari,

There is no need to fear.
Why? Because the will of Nigerians will not be subverted. Never! A President once told us in this country that the coming polls would be do or die.
Not with President Buhari. Fair is fair. No foul play. Under his watch, his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa(now twice), Oyo State, Zamfara state and Anambra states, Edo State Now recently Osun State.....
At the last Council of States meeting, Gov Willie Obiano publicly registered his appreciation to President Buhari, for the level playing ground he made available during the election in his state. With do or die apostles, and a certain political party in power, such would never happen.
Not with their garrison mentality.
All states are territories that must be conquered, willy-nilly.

APC has won gubernatorial positions under Buhari in Kogi, Ondo and Edo states, (Now losing same Edo again and Osun) The victories were fair and square.

Our Darling Daddy was even the first person to congratulate the winners in Opposition.


This President would never manipulate victory for anyone, not even his own party.
And you ask us not to trust him?
We will, and no mistake.

Back in the days I dated a married man I was 19 he was 35 married with kids.

He had done a lot for me, thanks to him I am in Europe now he has done everything for me.

I broke his heart after moving in Europe in 2011, I blocked him and moved on with my life.

I am a liberal Yoruba lady. I supported Tinubu initially because I thought he had great plans for Nigeria. I was misled into believing he built Lagos. But thank God for patriotic Nigerians who educated me.

I started having issues with Tinubu when he announced his Muslim-Muslim ticket. Yet, I still promoted him to my Igbo friends.

But some Yorubas are not helping issues. They've turned his campaign to Yoruba affairs.

Nairaland made me dislike Tinubu the more. Reports of Yoruba moderators, especially Mynd44, witch-hunting supporters of other candidates broke the camel's back to me.

I don't want to be seen as a tribalist. After all, Tinubu is not the best candidate. Atiku and Peter Obi are far better.

I am still considering whom to support between Atiku and Peter Obi.
