Yes, you can track W3A (MBC Rodriguez) with a one meter dish.

For the LNB, you can use any good LNB including Premium 2 Lazer, STRONG or even Pauxis.

NOTE: There is no such LNB as a 'HD' lnb. You can track all satellite signals with
any normal lnb. The 'HD' thing is just a marketing gimmick.

Turksat will most likely not be recievable for your end in Akute if you are using
a normal 2.4m mesh. However you should be able to recieve some of the
transponders using a soild 3m dish.

The only way to be sure is to try and see. From experience, satellite footprint
maps from lyngsat do not give a true picture of actual signal reception.
