Tachiyomi is generally considered to be the best manga app on Android. It's not on the play store but is available for download on GitHub.

I'm not sure how well the downloads scale to larger screens, though.

Tachiyomi is the best manga app on Android in my opinion. Once you install it and get the right plugins you can find basically manga, manhua, or western comic without too much stress.

Prison School is another ecchi comedy done right. Shimoneta also comes to mind. Ishizoku Reviewers was also unironically entertaining, mostly because it didn't seem like it was written by a forty year old virgin.

Very interesting and educative detective anime. The MC is one of the smartest anime characters of all time. And the plot twist is just mad.

I wish this anime was longer than 12 episodes. It was so entertaining with some of the best fight scenes ever seen in anime.

Following seasonal anime means you have to crawl through piles and piles of garbage just to find something worthwhile. In my opinion, it's better to just pick a few shows that look promising and look at people's recommendations when the season ends or else it starts to feel like a job.

I've been watching JoJo's Bizarre Adventure... currently on part 4 Diamond is Unbreakable...

Unpopular opinion:

Stardust Crusaders had way too much filler content. Avodol and Kakyoin were underutilized (especially Kakyoin) in favour of Polnareff who just want as likable, IMO.

Battle Tendency made far better use of its supporting cast (Cesar, Stroheim, Speedwagon, Lisa Lisa, and even Smokey). Kars, Whammu, and Esidisi were better villains than Dio and his gang of losers, mostly because Dio doesn't do anything until the very end.

You can cut out so much of the story in Stardust Crusaders without really affecting anything.

And yes, Joseph is the best JoJo. Jotaro is too much of a one dimensional tough guy. All he ever does is just punch sh!t to win fights with a pissed off expression. He even called his own mother a b!tch at the beginning of the series, I didn't enjoy part 3 as much.

For non power fantasy manhwa, the only recommendations I have are :
-Special martial arts extreme hell private high school: You should definitely read this. The author is very crazy but in a good way.

-Hive: It's about a guy that is trying to reunite with is family when the world is invaded by giant insects. It's really good.

-Fight Class 3: this is a very low key hidden gem. It's not that great but it's definitely something you should try if you're bored.


I can't remember any other manhwa that's not a power fantasy cos those kind of stories are really hard to find. If you find more, please drop them here.

You read unordinary? I dropped it cos I felt like the author didn't really know where she was going with the story. How is it now?

Well as at episode 178, John has gone full reetard. Just lashing out everyone whenever he feels like. Nice to see him kicking ass but it seems like not even Seraphina can get through to him.

One thing about Unordinary is that its storytelling isn't conventional so I can't really tell where all this is going. I'm a few chapters behind so I'll check it out.

Madoka Magica is a masterpiece. Check out the third movie 'Rebellion' if you want to continue the story.

Also, I've heard that Higurashi is sick and sadistic. It's bold move to watch that immediately after Madoka. Good luck!
