How do Abuja residents cope with convoys of :

- The President and Vice President convoys

-36 Ministers and Minister of State convoys

- Senate President and Deputy Senator convoy and 108 other Senators convoys

- House of Representative Speaker, Deputy Speaker and the 358 other House of Representative members convoys

- Supreme Court Justices, Federal and High Court Judges convoys

-Law Enforcement convoys- Inspector General ,DIG, AIG, Commissioners, Chief of Army Staff and other star generals, Chief of Naval Staff, Chief of Army Convoys

-Civil Servants - Permanent Secretary of 36 ministries and Directors of Ministries convoys

When you tell them the military will cut all these wastes, majority of the people who wants to gain from these failed democracy will tell you that the worse democracy is better than the best military rule.

How?

The best lingering infrastructures in Nigeria was built by the military...

The third main land bridge, the federal high ways, National Theatre, FCT Abuja, etc...

The civilians are not even able to repair the roads built by the military..

Lagos - Ibadan roads and Enugu - Onithsa road have been in repairs since 1999.

The money consumed by these large government agencies are extra ordinary.

Democracy is too expensive for African countries...

A better form of government should be introduced to cut expense..and same goes to the 36 states...

Even if the masses are picking from the bins...

They deserve it...totally.

The past few months have been quite dramatic in the Nigerian political space with the elections, swearing in and the election outcome being contested by aggrieved parties (Atiku, Obi).

The election tribunal has concluded hearings and we all await its judgement. Quite interestingly, the Labour Party camp has not been able to prove that elections were stolen/rigged and that they won. Their appeal is majorly based on the fact that Jagaban is not fit to contest and as such should be retroactively disqualified and then stripped of his presidency which, in any case, is very unlikely. However, if this were to occur the runner up Alhaji Atiku Abubakar should naturally be declared rightful winner and made president. Quite jokingly, Peter Obi is asking for rerun which will never happen . Jagaban stays or Atiku ascends.

My sincere question to Obidients now is how will you carry on in the aftermath of the PEPT judgement that will surely not favour Peter Obi? Will you turn your caustic missives to the Atikulates and Abokis or is your hatred reserved for Jagaban and Yoruba? Will you file another appeal till Obi is made president? What will life after this impending disappointment be like for you guys?

Kwara is a Yoruba state but Ilorin is like melting point for different tribes including Fulanis. There are other places like Edu in same Kwara state that house the Nupes (tapas) and more.

Kwara is still very peaceful than any of your 5 SE states and that should be your main concern.. how a multi-tribal state like Kwara can be far more peaceful than your so much exalted South Eastern states.
