Why I agree with a lot of what you have said here, I would rather you do not generalise.

You will be more accurate in saying "why do many women fail this test?" Not every woman has/will act as described. I can't even go on a limb to say most or even half as there are no significant statistics to back that up.

All I can say is in my PERSONAL experience, more women have passed than failed. Most of the failures I have heard about are exactly that - I "heard" about them. I have no proof.

I have proof,i have done an indept research on it.

It is an undeniable fact that the oil resources from Niger delta were looted by past military regimes in nigeria. These millitary dictators were predominately northerners,they moved the capital of the country from lagos(s/west) to Abuja,a northern state. Proceeds from oil sales were used to build/develope the FCT and the rest were looted and stached away in banks in switzerland. The people from the oil region were intimidated,deprived, frustrated,cheated and killed by the northern mafia. This created suspicion and a lot of agitation from the oil produing communities,that lead to the creation of development commissions and derivation fund.So,that greed of slicing fro the national cake was institutionalised and infused into the psche of nigerians by the northern military heads of state, It is now everybody on his own.Abacha is not a thief!

I think Niger Delta is not yet matured or united to control her huge oil resources. Should i say they have been so much pampared by the federal government by establishing development agencies,granting of scholarships,including the granting of amnesty to militants. Niger Deltan leaders abused all these privilages and opportunities. No region in the country gets as much in terms of revenue and federal support from oil as the niger delta region yet, they are still backward development wise.They should start holding their leaders accountable.they deserved to be hanged.

The Woman is the home maker,if the man intervenes there will be trouble.

This is one test women always fail. If you are a first time visitor to any home,you can negligebly differentiate the biological child(ren) of the home from the other(s) relative(s) living with them. This is so,because the woman descriminates in the home,her child(ren) does little or no household chores while the relative work their ass off.sometimes till midnight with little or no food. They hardly attend the same school with their children,even deaconesses and pastors wives are even worse off,when they go to church on sundays,their children put on the best clothes,while their relative(s)put on rags as clothes.to make matter worst,these women often inflicts injuries on these innocent relative(s)over flimsy excuses.

The last salary private school teachers received was for the month of march,due to the closure of schools occassioned by the covid 19 pandemic.This has brought untold hardship to them,especially those that have family to feed and other bills to pay,Many wise ones quickly find other jobs,even menial to cover up the gap,while others resort to begging from friends,family and neighbours just to survive.This has lead many to shift the blame on the school owners,saying that teachers should be paid monthly like their counterpart in the public schools.Where will they get the fund to pay them,when their source of getting fund(school fees)has ceased.If you look at it critically,private school is the highest employer of labour in the private sector in the country.they should be encourage by all.I think they should blame the government.

Aren't they a profit making venture? Does this mean at the end of each term they have zero balances? If the business isn't having a viable future, they could declare bankruptcy and close down and not expect their staff to be reasonable with them since they don't share profits with them, they shouldn't share in the losses.

No viable business the world over uses his profit to pay salaries,even multi national oil firms drop their workers when there,s no fund to pay them

Where do they get the money to pay? We parents pay school fees 3 times in a year. Whereas, the schools pay staff salaries 12+1 months in a year. At least my children's school does that.

We need to be fair to the schools and the Proprietors/Proprietresses.

The 3 times you paid school fees for the year covers three terms of four months per term.

One of the reasons why the FG may not be able to re-open schools at this time because what this implies is that such schools may not be able to adapt to all measures to help reduce the spread of COVID19 since they are expensive.

Their respective state government should assist them,because they collect huge taxes termly/yearly from them.
